I never have done any of the exercises mentioned but I reach the OLD the old age of 86 yrs, by doing my own exercise that puts emphasis on mental stimulation, social engagement & life enjoyment while exercising. My exercise is just dancing to a variety of dancing styles, 14 total different dances. I still dance 4 to 5 times a week for at least 2 hrs. I have been dancing for over 40 yrs, since I made life enjoyment as priority.

Excellent advice. I am 77 years old and have been doing these exercised for some time. Fantastic results. Better energy, flexibility, endurance, and confidence.
I will keep doing these exercises and add a few strength training ones with light dumbells and barbells. Thanks for this great information.

"Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It’s truly inspiring to hear how these exercises have brought such fantastic results for you-better energy, flexibility, endurance, and confidence are such valuable rewards for your dedication. At 77, you’re setting an incredible example of how staying active can transform not just the body, but the mind as well. Adding strength training with light dumbbells and barbells is a wonderful idea-it’s a great way to maintain muscle mass and bone health as we age. I’d love to hear how that goes for you! Do you have a favorite exercise or routine you’ve found particularly effective? Your journey is such a motivation for others in this community. Keep up the amazing work!"
