    "an error occured when the post processor attempted to load a specific result" this is showing everytime. I did exactly what you did. I have 2023 R2 version. Please help.

    may i know why the element size everyone is using 2mm?
    i thought the smaller the element size the more accurate?

    he, the simulation mark a info and 2 errors:
    info: Please change the mesh physics preference to explicit and re-mesh.
    error: Higher order elements detected. Midside nodes must be dropped for Explicit Dynamics analyses.
    error: Failed to submit solve job. See Solution Information, which may contain more details.

    I have applied the same boundary conditions for DOG bone IV and the material I chose aluminium, would it be right to go with this setting. and please explain once why you choose 20 mm as displacement. any specific reasons?

      Hi, If you want to calculate maximum strength of concrete then you can do static structural analysis, explicit is for load applied within a milliseconds

    I just do as in tutorial step by step, solution is done, but without necking only tension. I downloaded the input file. What the problem may be.

      @@fea_dme_creo_hypermesh Thanks a lot for replying. Its a pity but this mishap was due to my own fault. First of all i have not constrain the butt surfaces of specimen, and made erros in timing. After corrections your model starts to work properly.
