Hello , it's very simple and riot allow it don't worry , I'm using this killerskins.com/ , and I use the korean font , I also use zoe HUD , there is a lot of turorial on youtube on how to install this app , it's not gonna make you lag or anything , the only thing you have to know is after every patch it will not work for only 1 game but that's it , you can install anything you want in the site and nobody exepct yourself will see the skin , if you need more details tell me but a tutorial might do the job

Yeah I remember, last night I played with 4 losers who hard inted into a fun mode because their lvl were under a dog one. Next time don't constantly die and lose mini game and objectives, play better that's it. And it's you're unhappy I can't do anything about it, you are the problem my dude , you are the burden not me :) I was there to play not getting destroying because my 4 allies decided to be retarded. Keep it in mind.
