Twitch In Korea has been shut down due to many circumstances. The main one being that the ISP (Internet Service Providers) in Korea have charged foreign Content Service providers like Twitch lots of money just to keep them on. ISPs are claiming Twitch hogs lots of data. It is a very messy situation that involves Moon and other Creators.

If they dont do that they have to pay extra so Korean companys have a advantage over twitch thats how all korean versions of software become big in Korea over the original by giveing there own companys better conditions . In its self thats not bad every country does it but Korea and also Japan does it to the extrem if you arnt a Korean based Company you get fucked over 10x

South Korea has a network service cartel (KT, SK, LG).. It is very difficult to enter the business outside of the three ISP. The Korean government is an asshole and demands very high network fees. That's why twitch ran away. But Korean ISP don't have their own overseas network. Most of them borrow from high level ISP such as Google. LOL ㅋㅋㅋ
i still say is unfair that twitch made this move and that the Korean ISP could not arrange a deal out of it..... is unfair and i feel sorry for the korean people about this.

Twitch can't be said easily because Netflix has already filed a lawsuit against ISPs in South Korea, and lost
