if you want your clips to look like this....
1- Record at any fps higher than 60 (higher=better/smoother)
2- Premiere pro sequence must be at 60fps.
3- In premiere pro, set your clips time interpolation to "frame blending" (access this setting by right clicking the clip -> speed/duration -> Frame Blending)
4- Export in 60fps with frame blending as the interpolation mode selected within the export tab.
(other tips: to boost quality, have 1080p premiere sequence and change it to 3840x2160 in sequence settings, right click clips and "scale/set to frame size" - Use maximum render quality and maximum render depth - If you cant record reliably above 60, use the program "FlowFrames" to literally add more frames (this causes artifacts, same idea as twixtor) (if you still cant do the above, add rsmb to any clips as a light/diet/ way of doing it)
DONT CRANK EXPORT BITRATE ALL THE WAY UP. FOLLOW RUclipsS RECOMMENDED BITRATE GUIDE PLEASE LOL
5- Your clips now look like zuhn when posted on YT.
