Get mud from the caverns and stuff and make sure you have mushroom seeds (if not go get some in underground mushroom biome) and make sure it is 100 blocks long. It would be considered a mushroom biome and you can get the truffle which is a new NPC and get two REALLY AWESOME WEAPONS after you kill one mechanical boss is defeated and some other things. Also, series is great. Hope you see this.

Glad you finally got a Target Dummy. on my playthrough having the target dummy helped immensely. Weapons which I thought were good were actually junk and it allowed me to clear my inventory of junk weapons that I wasn't using and/or were crap.

there are two kinds of summoner "tools" the minions that simply go attack your enemies and the sentries that work like a tower defender, regular summoner armour make you summon more minions, while the tavern keep's makes you summon more sentries
I recommend you fight the Hallowed Mimics in the underground hallow and use Water Candles and/or battle potions so you don't waste the souls cause they are quite useful in making epic magic weapons (like the Crystal Storm and Meteor Staff) and also mechanical boss summons (in case you die to one). They actually aren't too hard to find (I found three today in a time frame of about 30 minutes and didn't even have a water candle or battle potion, likely cause I got lucky), so it may be better to fight them underground near a heckavator or in an open area. Also try and look for some Shadow Mimics in the underworld on your bridge cause they are easy to fight and find there (with battle potions and/or water candles of course). Also, the Crystal Vile Shard (which was my first Hallowed Mimic weapon) is not too bad cause it can also hit enemies even through walls and also does constant damage, but it's range and damage is kinda trash. Lastly I've been watching this series from the start and I am loving it :P (Also sorry for the lengthy explanation cause it's kind of a habit of mine). :D
I think the spider queen is considered a stationary sentry because she's using all her strength to shoot her eggs at your enemies rather than to be mobile. Also she's likely too fat from incubating her Spiderlings. Don't tell her you play "Kill it with Fire". :o

I would recommend fighting The Twins first since you can get Souls Of Sight. You can use them to craft the Rainbow Rod, its basically just an upgraded Flamelash (not the whip, although i can see why you keep on getting confused about which one is which). I dont feel like typing the stats and stuff, so i’ll just link the Wiki article of it: terraria.gamepedia.com/Rainbow_Rod And here are some tips for the twins, i would recommend taking out the green eye first since he can do some serious damage (got me my first rage quit as a kid) later on in the fight. The red one you don’t need to worry about all that much since you can easily dodge his attacks, even in his second form. I would recommend getting the Golden Shower for basically every boss (except The Destroyer and some others) as it lets you lower the defense of enemies by a lot, you just need a spell tome from the wizard, Ichor, (from the weird yellow blood jar holder things in the underground crimson, i have no idea what they are) and some souls of night (so you probably should’ve saved some, but those are relatively easy to get anyway, if you want it to be faster you can take a battle potion which is some bottled water, deathweed, and Vertebra since you’re in a crimson world) Thats all for the tips now.

If you farm enough mimics you could kill one of the mech bosses then you could do the tier 2 old one army which you could use their weapons outside of the old ones army to use on the bossess

She was added in the game as a non-compulsory 'intermediate' boss between the pre-hardmode bosses and the mechanical bosses Also you shouldn't be spending so much money on reforging your gear, save your gold. There are many items that NPCs sell which are very expensive, but also very useful (such as the clentaminator from the steampunker)

The baghnakhs are really satisfying to swing! Quite worthless againt bosses because of the short reach, but will work quite well against other mobs.

U have to forge ur accessories into menacing and u have to get turtle shell so in the future u don't have to worry getting a armor of it
