44111 outperforms in this floor only because the floor has already filled in a lot of DMG buff. DPS like Rover and Jinhsi have a rotation that can take advantage of the buff constant and well so by pushing only crit dmg on those two, they can do really high dmg on RS and RL. Otherwise 43311 is generally better in all other content. I stick with 43311 since there's no telling the floor buff will continue to give out DMG buff like this period.
Bro we've the same rover build but why mine only does 60k with buffs😭
Hazard tower buff maybe? It has 30% increase to all elements dmg and 60% increase to RS RL dmg.
