Great tips, been stuck on Auto Wyvern 11. Angelica/Karin/Luluca/SS Belona. 11 Is easy but 12 i just cant seem to complete, and somehow Sira Ren got passed me without consideration. I'm gonna toss that on Lulu and see if it'll get me through Wyvern 12 on Auto. If not then i just gotta keep pressing for better stats, but ive gotten EXTREMELY close to winning it on auto in the absence of Sira Ren... so hopefully it'll do the trick. Thanks for the vid! All my servers I rerolled until I got Tywin and angelica, one even had Tywin, angelica and clarissa in the selective summon luckily and did a single draw and got a 5* light unit in the free draw next day. And because of the currend 10 free draws I managed to draw Sigret so now my team is Tywin, Angelica, Clarissa and Sigret.
Hear me out on this. Krau is BY FAR the best tank for w13 because eventually you want to kill the boss before shield and his s3 will help with that. I have a video at the end of this with Krau solo tanking w13. Tywin will cast s3 on the first wave and he is probably your slowest hero for this and with the boss CR reduction you won't cicle through his skills fast enough, at best you'll have a chance to cast 1 def break. He is the second best choice. I'm also F2P playing singe guilty heroes compensation, so not long ago. It's doable if you do it right. IF you need a healer and a tank then use 2 healers instead and put Idol's cheer on it. It will increase your chances of sucess. Here's my team. @@Zairow wouldn't him being a non water element be a disadvantage though with boss CR push? I'm debating on a tank and I have him slightly built so if he's viable I won't have to build Crozet
@@jairozamora9575 that's why I said end game. G Purg makes it so you can build relatively slow units with full dps meaning you can kill W13 before first shield phase. Without g Purg, ur units need to be 170 minimum I think so you won't be lapped by the wyvern
@@STREEEEEET as I said its for endgame but actually... The free hp gear set might be enough depending on its rolls for the tank like G purg. The free attack set can be for the main dps, the free arena gears, the chapter 2 destruction set etc and maybe even the adventurers path gear set for the other dps. Take advantage of the free gears that are given to us for your wyvern team because once you make it work you will never change it again. So I don't think that can be a long term excuse.
Finally got my team to 100% stable on auto with 60% clear rate before shield phase.. Running Crozet on Aurius, Chloe on DDJ, Yuna on Basket , SSB on Blood.

I had no idea about the debuff mechanic affecting the Wyvern`s behavior! Currently I am still struggling breaking into Wyvern 8 but I started putting the team together. Dizzy as the front line tank with tons of HP since I also use her for the Arena, Tywin, Furious and Taranor guard is what I am running right now. I still need to get these guys to higher levels, most of them are L50 with Furious being L40. Right now I am grinding to push Dizzy into a 6* and after that I think Tywin will be next. I guess I might need a healer for the later stages if I dont have some high end gear but not sure whom should I drop in that case. Regarding the personal equipment > Is there a point farming those points once you got it with the one effect out of the 3 that you wanted ?

I personally feel now that the meta shifted to more debuffs, the best selective summons start would be Sigret, Clarrisa, Karin/Alexa/TG and Angelica. Then you don't have to bother with summoning and just focus level these 4 and save all your SS. But this is stupidly difficult to reroll. I created a new alt account the best i could get after quite alot of rerolls was Sez and Clarrisa. got too tired to reroll again. But at least now i can afford to save SS on this alt and just double dip into Clarrisa.
Hey Demone, about the unit selection.. I think some of the reasons for selecting units is units that you use on other content or not. For example I don’t think I’d put DDJ on SSB because I use her on arena etc. Same may be for people with Sigret or Krau. Therefore it may be more convenient to use units like Alexa or Crozet that you’d probably use only or mostly there. Are there units you’ve mentioned that you think would work for all content with the same build? Thanks! Also, if you can avoid 6 starring some or the heroes it's great because it takes a long time and I'd prefer 6 starring heroes that I use more on other content.. (of course all would be best but maybe DDJ can do a lot of damage work) I’d probably go with units like Alexa, Crozet, TG, Mistychain, Batisse maybe. What do you think?
My Sigret and Bellona work for both W13 and arena/GW. Same builds. Idk what rank our guild is atm, but it was showcased in a YDCB video a few months back before rankings had been reset. (Spoiler..we lost) 😂
Ive literally been killing to get Angelica (ML or otherwise) and she keeps evading me like a germaphob washing their hands every 20 minutes D: I am just starting to Gear my Alexa, Crozet and Guard. I'm curious how much effectiveness I should be aiming to get? I heard we should be aiming for 65%+ Effectiveness to make sure we are landing our harmful effects and a speed of 170 so we can cycle turns faster and can land more harmful effects more quickly/consistently. As well, I'm curious about your thoughts on Axe God as a Tank/Harmful effect dealer? Axe God has Def Break on 3 (100% chance with leveling and Skill Tree), Bleed (happens on crit, but also has another 50% chance to land with skill tree improvement) and on Life Steal, has a higher chance of tanking. Not to mention being Dark he will resist Water and Life Steal helps to keep him alive (plus he has other high survivability from other skill trees)?
You are right for crit%, but that's not quite how effectiveness works. In this game, you can overcome all except the last 15% of an enemy's effect resistance with effectiveness. Since Wyvern has 80% resistance the cap for this fight is 65%, and more than that is a waste since the boss will always have that final 15% chance to resist. The exception is if you have an "ignore effect resistance" or "this effect cannot be resisted" modifier on your skill.

Get rid of Clarissa and Lena, skip Furious and aim for Luluca next banner then use with Alexa, Angelica and Krau and farm gear until you get gear to let Angelica be alone. If so you will be able to get rid of Krau and use another hero or fodder. I use Angelica, Luluca with Sira Ren, Karin and fodder if I do it manually, if I want it auto I use Alexa instead of fodder.
I run sigret, angelica, seaside bellona, and a level 40 furious for wyvern 13 lmao. I have a 50% success rate so I'm still working on gear but I'm almost there
Hey Man I rolled for a Ludwig and Bellona just recently started about 3 days ago and already done 10-10 now Im saving for a 6 star do I waste my stones for summoning or just save it? and invest on Bellona or Ludwig?
If you want him to apply a lot of harmful effects you will need him fast but remember as he is Fire element he will push the wyvern's CR so it is not really worth it.
Demone - If I don't have any of the tanks, would it be possible to set a team with Angelica Front line and then have Sigret, Taranor Guard, and Clarissa. Would this work for at least wyvern 11 if not 13?
Surprised Chloe was never verbally mentioned. Her nail it skill is a guaranteed debuff since it’s cannot be resisted by wyvern and she can do big damage.

See I'm in a weird position. I can clear 13 easy, but I can't auto it consistently because of my damage output, and some debuff RNG. I have Dizzy, Luna, Chloe (w/exclusive def break), Sigret, and I can tank it with either Angelica or Krau. My problem is that Luna and Chloe both defense break at a fairly wide interval so it's not exactly a decent source of it. Dizzy and Sigret don't help in that department either, and Dizzy basically doesnt do any damage. So if I want to slot in Furious or Karin or something, I'm super unsure of who to replace with them.
Kinda off topic but I have rarely ever cut it this close on pulling a hero, I only have 5 pulls till pity on Roana and I'm biting my nails as to if I'll make it. I'm raising friendship to get those 3 pulls for getting heroes to 10 and the 2 to get them to 6, if I have enough time to pull that off the remaining BM's should be enough to get the final pull to push me past pity. This has been a war truly. Does the banner go away when wed is over or at 12 tonight? I should know this by now as long as I have been playing. If it doesn't go away until the patch I am cool because I can beat an abyss lvl that will give me way more than enough is why I ask.
I started the game a week ago (im f2p) and my team for wyvern as of now is frontline montmo (im doing her specialty change this week), sigret, alexa and taranor guard, im currently on wyvern 9 my gear is starting to fail on me, I also have rose but I dont know if her would work better than any of my other members
I just lost like 6 times in a row in pvp arena, not the real time arena, all because of the speed rng for my characters. Faithless Lidica S2 goes first, boosting my C. Dominiel twice. Then when it is her turn, her S3 boosts my Tenebria and BBK up the line. But what's frustrates me now more than before is this. My Tenebria is focused on crit dam and rate with high effectiveness, while my BBK is more on the crit dam, rate and attack. Tenebria offers that AoE defense break and/or sleep, leaving my BBK to clean up. My team can fairly one shot most weaker teams. Even against certain stronger defense teams, my BBK can go again twice, back to back, followed again by C. DOM next down the line. My Tenebria's speed is about 8 points higher than my BBK. But the problem lies when BBK goes first before Tenebria, killing my whole flow and rotation. I really hate that Tenebria's speed is clearly higher than BBK, but for these last handful of matches BBK turns up before Tenebria. Again, killing my ranking and score.
With Wyvern being so beefy, I see Chloe as the MVP especially with her Def break EE (or her extra turn to pump out damage). Plus she is super fast and magic nail is rather broken.
@@jrtbty3400 Have to make sure she has her 5th awakening for EE, speed and crit chance set, get as much speed and up to 85% crit. If using Chloe, you will want everyone to hit as fast as possible she has daydream joker. I run her with Sigre with my 2nd fastest set, with speed and hit she will need to build up to at least 65% effectiveness and I run her with the new one from her recent banner to apply a random debuff, best case she has the one that let's her S1 off her S2 and 75%. If you have Angelic Momo built to be beefy and high effect resist (160%+) she let's you have enough room for a defense breaker. Right now stuck on W11, but only my Chloe is 6 star, cleared 10 with all my units at 50 (Chloe Sigret Crozet and Angelica).

@@kruzergkruzz chloe is more of a must than ssb as she is both obtainable and provides a free non resistable debuff. SSB provides 4 debuff but is also unobtainable for a big portion of players. Hopefully ssb comes back around and ill def pull for her but this guide is more for newer players and most of them dont have ssb.

I dont know how I feel about heroes who only has defence break on s3 with a long cool down. I prefer heroes that defence break on s1. Clarissa, luluca, TG are really only the people I want to use. Wyvern goes so fast that if you dont land defence break within the first few turns, you're in trouble already.
so this is late but i've picked up angelica as my healer and tank with ssb, luluca and mistychain. I'm hoping this team works since i have basically everything i need to debuff the boss with. I think i just need the stats to really get there. If not i wasted a lot of resources 6* 3 of them
@@charlieneet6982 22k hp, 2k def and a lvl 18 proof of valor is JUST enough to tank wyvern and survive before his first shield phase. I also use SSB on bloodstone but if you can get better stats or max the proof then ssb on daydream/SoS/Infinity Basket (Dual attack galore with G Purg imprint and TG passive) would be better.
@@charlieneet6982 ssb is not a must anyway. She just makes clearing the first stage faster. Furious on SoS for example would be just as good second stage wise. The real mvps are TG and Sigret

I actually have Karin and Clarissa, but I'm stuck on W10, and I only have two 6stars and they are Vildred and Iseria... I was thinking of doing Haste-Surin-Clarissa-Rose, may I be able to do it? I don't have that many water types. :/
@@Bakuan Well I have Destina and SS Achates, which I think of pairing up with my Kayron for Wyvern as well,since it could be chaotic! XD I'm f2p so it's a bit hard to 6star and gear up efficiently...
@@8BL8 Ideally, you don't want your team to die at all. The reason I say Momo is because you will later need an all water team for future Wyvern. How is your gear? SS Achates should work. Its okay if your run are slow as long as you can effectively farm.
i have a really different team i use this team for everything so i never decided to change it until now and i dont know what to do my front line/ dps was bbk she could soak up the damage then give it back she didn't have high hp cuz she got it back with her life steal then my second dps was kise that i had for anti barrier taranor guard for the break Ruele if anyone died cuz my team is squishy now I dont know how to make a team no matter what i do i havve to chose between: a way to add 3 or more harmfull effects or having a healer. my water units are sez, kise, motmo, alexa, furious, Crozet, Karin, Taranor Guard zerato, mistychain, aither, can anyone help me make a team?

Mohan Karnati montmorancy can tank wyvern. However she meeds to be 6 star, have her specialty change done, and +27 in her skill tree. For now I’d say work on angelia if you do not have the specialty change done. Angelica will be easier to build for you since you are early game. It’s nice to have both built in the long run. Im end game but i just recently pulled Angelica and will start to build her.
He more than makes up for his CR push by keeping attack down on Wyvern constantly. Just depends on the rest of your team. He has a LOT going for him on a Wyvern team. I was autoing W13 with him at lvl 7, albeit not 100% (heck, nothing is with this 15% resist). But it can be done.

Rose with Aurius (Off-tank, not really taking hits) Angelica with candle (Main tank) Furious with song (110+ effectiveness) alexa with ddj it's not as much as furious missing his debuffs, there's always a 15% chance for that shitty lizard to resist it, I'd say keep his effectiveness high, go ham with cdmg on your damage dealer, angelica can tank just fine, getting her effect res up to par is tricky with a speed set as you'd a whole lot of good subs, if all hope is lost, aim for keeping at least 2 debuffs up on the shitty lizard, that way he'll only target the frontline, Luluca is really, really good if you build her, her scaling is bonkers
65% is all that you need. Any extra from there is just a waste, add those stats to damage instead. You’ll always GM face Wyvern’s innate 15% chance to resist, which is likely what is causing your frustration.
@@jayellgee okay ya 65% is a number i heard more than once already but how so a 100% to land on the opposite element can fail that much (fail to land) i mean my gear is not near ready i think for auto 13, for 12 ya my actual team is General Purrgis, Tamarinne, Sigret, furious so it's 2 none water/ice character so for sure wyv is not so easy to manage
You can still use tamarinne just check your runs and make sure they are running consistently, if not see where your runs are going wrong and adjust, by adding whatever will help your run be more successful.

You are right for crit%, but that's not quite how effectiveness works. In this game, you can overcome all except the last 15% of an enemy's effect resistance with effectiveness. Since Wyvern has 80% resistance the cap for this fight is 65%, and more than that is a waste since the boss will always have that final 15% chance to resist. The exception is if you have an "ignore effect resistance" or "this effect cannot be resisted" modifier on your skill.

Get rid of Clarissa and Lena, skip Furious and aim for Luluca next banner then use with Alexa, Angelica and Krau and farm gear until you get gear to let Angelica be alone. If so you will be able to get rid of Krau and use another hero or fodder. I use Angelica, Luluca with Sira Ren, Karin and fodder if I do it manually, if I want it auto I use Alexa instead of fodder.
I run sigret, angelica, seaside bellona, and a level 40 furious for wyvern 13 lmao. I have a 50% success rate so I'm still working on gear but I'm almost there

Unless you have the gear, you want to have all ice units because of the boss’s mechanics
If you want him to apply a lot of harmful effects you will need him fast but remember as he is Fire element he will push the wyvern's CR so it is not really worth it.
The only non water unit I'd recommend would be Batisse for the permanent attack down debuff.
Demone - If I don't have any of the tanks, would it be possible to set a team with Angelica Front line and then have Sigret, Taranor Guard, and Clarissa. Would this work for at least wyvern 11 if not 13?

See I'm in a weird position. I can clear 13 easy, but I can't auto it consistently because of my damage output, and some debuff RNG. I have Dizzy, Luna, Chloe (w/exclusive def break), Sigret, and I can tank it with either Angelica or Krau.
My problem is that Luna and Chloe both defense break at a fairly wide interval so it's not exactly a decent source of it. Dizzy and Sigret don't help in that department either, and Dizzy basically doesnt do any damage. So if I want to slot in Furious or Karin or something, I'm super unsure of who to replace with them.
Kinda off topic but I have rarely ever cut it this close on pulling a hero, I only have 5 pulls till pity on Roana and I'm biting my nails as to if I'll make it. I'm raising friendship to get those 3 pulls for getting heroes to 10 and the 2 to get them to 6, if I have enough time to pull that off the remaining BM's should be enough to get the final pull to push me past pity. This has been a war truly.
Does the banner go away when wed is over or at 12 tonight? I should know this by now as long as I have been playing. If it doesn't go away until the patch I am cool because I can beat an abyss lvl that will give me way more than enough is why I ask.

I started the game a week ago (im f2p) and my team for wyvern as of now is frontline montmo (im doing her specialty change this week), sigret, alexa and taranor guard, im currently on wyvern 9 my gear is starting to fail on me, I also have rose but I dont know if her would work better than any of my other members
I just lost like 6 times in a row in pvp arena, not the real time arena, all because of the speed rng for my characters. Faithless Lidica S2 goes first, boosting my C. Dominiel twice. Then when it is her turn, her S3 boosts my Tenebria and BBK up the line. But what's frustrates me now more than before is this. My Tenebria is focused on crit dam and rate with high effectiveness, while my BBK is more on the crit dam, rate and attack. Tenebria offers that AoE defense break and/or sleep, leaving my BBK to clean up. My team can fairly one shot most weaker teams. Even against certain stronger defense teams, my BBK can go again twice, back to back, followed again by C. DOM next down the line. My Tenebria's speed is about 8 points higher than my BBK. But the problem lies when BBK goes first before Tenebria, killing my whole flow and rotation. I really hate that Tenebria's speed is clearly higher than BBK, but for these last handful of matches BBK turns up before Tenebria. Again, killing my ranking and score.
With Wyvern being so beefy, I see Chloe as the MVP especially with her Def break EE (or her extra turn to pump out damage). Plus she is super fast and magic nail is rather broken.

@@jrtbty3400 Have to make sure she has her 5th awakening for EE, speed and crit chance set, get as much speed and up to 85% crit. If using Chloe, you will want everyone to hit as fast as possible she has daydream joker. I run her with Sigre with my 2nd fastest set, with speed and hit she will need to build up to at least 65% effectiveness and I run her with the new one from her recent banner to apply a random debuff, best case she has the one that let's her S1 off her S2 and 75%. If you have Angelic Momo built to be beefy and high effect resist (160%+) she let's you have enough room for a defense breaker. Right now stuck on W11, but only my Chloe is 6 star, cleared 10 with all my units at 50 (Chloe Sigret Crozet and Angelica).

@@kruzergkruzz chloe is more of a must than ssb as she is both obtainable and provides a free non resistable debuff. SSB provides 4 debuff but is also unobtainable for a big portion of players. Hopefully ssb comes back around and ill def pull for her but this guide is more for newer players and most of them dont have ssb.

I dont know how I feel about heroes who only has defence break on s3 with a long cool down. I prefer heroes that defence break on s1. Clarissa, luluca, TG are really only the people I want to use. Wyvern goes so fast that if you dont land defence break within the first few turns, you're in trouble already.

@@charlieneet6982 22k hp, 2k def and a lvl 18 proof of valor is JUST enough to tank wyvern and survive before his first shield phase. I also use SSB on bloodstone but if you can get better stats or max the proof then ssb on daydream/SoS/Infinity Basket (Dual attack galore with G Purg imprint and TG passive) would be better.

@@charlieneet6982 ssb is not a must anyway. She just makes clearing the first stage faster. Furious on SoS for example would be just as good second stage wise. The real mvps are TG and Sigret

Hey Demone! I uploaded a video (my only RUclips video) right now that shows my current W13 team. It kills the boss before its first shield phase about 70% of the time. You are going to need a healer. Angelica if have her, if not then Momo works great.

@@8BL8 Ideally, you don't want your team to die at all. The reason I say Momo is because you will later need an all water team for future Wyvern. How is your gear? SS Achates should work. Its okay if your run are slow as long as you can effectively farm.
Bakuan Well I actually don’t have that good gear with my water types, like my Karin is 5star - 4 awakened with 46k CP, and my Clarissa is at 41k CP.

Mohan Karnati montmorancy can tank wyvern. However she meeds to be 6 star, have her specialty change done, and +27 in her skill tree. For now I’d say work on angelia if you do not have the specialty change done. Angelica will be easier to build for you since you are early game. It’s nice to have both built in the long run. Im end game but i just recently pulled Angelica and will start to build her.
If you haven’t awakened montmo yet, then definitely use angelica, theyre basically the same

If it is not water element it will push the Wyvern's CR by a lot so it is not that useful.
He more than makes up for his CR push by keeping attack down on Wyvern constantly. Just depends on the rest of your team. He has a LOT going for him on a Wyvern team. I was autoing W13 with him at lvl 7, albeit not 100% (heck, nothing is with this 15% resist). But it can be done.
Batisse is good, a bunch of other E7 creators have recommended him
Not sure if I want 70 gears not to drop. I was selling that for gold which is much needed even more so now with reforging.
Just sell the 85 gear( the bad ones), you get more gold lol

it's not as much as furious missing his debuffs, there's always a 15% chance for that shitty lizard to resist it, I'd say keep his effectiveness high, go ham with cdmg on your damage dealer, angelica can tank just fine, getting her effect res up to par is tricky with a speed set as you'd a whole lot of good subs, if all hope is lost, aim for keeping at least 2 debuffs up on the shitty lizard, that way he'll only target the frontline, Luluca is really, really good if you build her, her scaling is bonkers
65% is all that you need. Any extra from there is just a waste, add those stats to damage instead. You’ll always GM face Wyvern’s innate 15% chance to resist, which is likely what is causing your frustration.

You can still use tamarinne just check your runs and make sure they are running consistently, if not see where your runs are going wrong and adjust, by adding whatever will help your run be more successful.
