No my life is not how I pictured it to be at twenty-five, but I'm thankful . I'm learning that I can't be consumed depression or what I see. I just have to live and be free. Because life is simply to short. I've wasted enough time. I'm thankful for my life.
I'm thankful for my parents who have been supportive, encouraging and stood by me. I'm also thankful for finally finding a part-time job. It really took me a while to find one, especially because I never had previous work experience and I was attending college full time and then I moved on to attending uni full time as well but I finally did it so I'm extremely happy and thankful about that too. This new job made me realize that although your life may not be going as planned or you feel as though you aren't where you should be in your life; even when your doubtful there will always be an opportunity/ a way to become successful or achieve your goals by believing in yourself and never giving up on what you would like to accomplish. If you are patient and keep pushing forward and putting in work to strive for greatness, eventually things will work itself out. Just thought I would spread some words of encouragement to anyone who may be going through a rough time in their life. Btw, this hair looks super cute on you.

My mother recently had two rumors removed from her ankles and I'm so happy and blessed that it didn't turn into anything fatal and she's finally walking on her own again. I'm thankful for my father finally receiving a job after two years of struggling to find one. I pray that he's finally stable again. I'm so happy because since then he's been stressing less and has low blood pressure. I'm thankful for God giving me the opportunity to attend the University of Florida on a full ride scholarship. Without him I don't know how I would've gotten it. But most importantly I'm thankful for the loving friends and family he had behind me to support me. Hey Makeba, I have alot to be thankful for. I used to live in a bad area near campus and both of my roommates where escorts. I was a struggling student, and now I have a great on campus job that's flexible and works with my class schedule. As well as paying me enough to afford my new apartment that has a lot of security and roommates who are also in school and God driven. I'm thankful that both of my parents and all of my siblings are still in my life, my health is great, and I have alot of family members who keep in touch and care for me. Lastly, I'm thankful to have found God and to be starting my walk with Him.
