The BS4 is the hottest and the Rog 5 is the coldest phone. But the BS4 has the best performance,you buy a fancooler pro and you have the best and fastest phone. I personally would to see testing Xaomi 11 Ultra with fancooler pro.

With all phones coming in so close for performance tests, i think it will be good for potential buyers to choose according to performance stability for long term usage. lenovo seems to have random app crashes. i feel like rog is most stable (i'm using rog 3 and never had performance issues, not even once). only problem is it gets hot when using without fun cooler so it might be a problem. still no perfect device yet.

I think when you consider temperatures red magic wins, slightly lower scores, but lower temps means less throttling over time, after several tests back to back with no cool down in between the red magic would likely have the better performance over time.

I'm probably going for Red Magic 6 instead of the 6 Pro, the only thing you gain is a metal thing on the back and 120w charging. Also i like the magenta cyan gradient on the 6.

Bro for the rog 5 hod did you get temperature on high? You didn't need fan? I have to put temp on medium if I wanna max cpu and gpu high only works with fan
it let me put the temp on high, even with the aero cooler scores in Antutu remains low, the best scores I'm getting is when I completely remove Antutu from the game center for some reason
the only game I can think of that pushes these phones is Genshin Impact and if you run emulators on it, other than that then I agree with this statement

haha happy to have you here, maybe it's because it's the first phone to get an internal fan, still actively using the redmagic 3s and it's still as fast as it was the day I got it, the internal fan means no need to use an external cooler and I feel the indoor brightness and overall responsiveness made me personally like it

bro, you can separately conduct a game test with them, all the same, the phones are game. Let there be at least 10 games, for example, a game where the maximum fps is 120 Hz, a game where maximum performance is needed, whether the screen dims in games due to temperature and whether the fan is noisy. Is it good optimization in games, or does it throw games of different genres. How about this ??preferably in games the FPS counter was shown))

Test the lenovo with the funcooler, might have to work around the power button. But im curious to see how well the internal lenovo fan actually compares, and whether the pop-up camera prevents further cooling with external fans.
I will only mention this because I own an ROG phone 5 but it is not fair that you used the default fan for the legion when ROG also has a brand dedicated fan, with the only difference being that it is modular and not integrated, it is however ROG brand and not aftermarket.
Hey bro you should enable ludicrous mode in Redmagic 6 pro it basically over cloaks all CPU GPU RAM Hz etc same as Asus Rog except in Rog you have to do it manually separately, this setting is in game space settings then in basics tab, Edit : it's more boost than super performance, once ludicrous Mode enabled it will display above super performance mentioning ludicrous mode already enabled
Which handles the outside sun the best? From the video it looks like the BS and ROG phone have the best clarity but that can easily change with sun light shining on it

I'm leaning more towards the redmagic 6 pro, the OS on the Lenovo Legion 2 seems to be missing some features or it doesn't feel as mature as the one on the red magic
so far so good, to me that's pretty much the same result on the scores. Gotta wait for what really matters now battery, performance in games and overall which phones give better feel to play. Since nobody wants lags, dimming display, quick dying on battery, overall enjoyment or fewer features when u buying a gaming phone.

You sure thats the Red Magic 6 Pro?, From what I see on Red Magics Site about the pro is that it's 16GB Ram and 256 GB Space with a 5050mAh battery. Not sure if thats the version you got or whatever, just wanted to put that out there.
yep point taken bro, this is the Tencent / China Version which has the smaller 4500mAh battery but with the faster 120W charger, the global version only supports 66W charging
great video , in my opinion the only real winner there is the lenovo legion duel 2 , both red magic and rog new models won't introduce nothing really new in market compared to their precessor , im a bs3 and bs3 pro owner and i can tell you the screen size for a gamer it's kinda everything ....the 6.67 choise for the bs4 pro model is really poor for me and it makes me think black shark just making a transition year waiting for an after pandemic market to introduce a new real beast. Honestly i do care that the bend test is a serious test and i personally dont like how all these new phone's antennas are build in (including the OP9 series in the club ), but i dont pick a gaming phone as a main phone but mostly as an indoor old game boy thing .The levono screen size and its center cooling / build in double fan system sounds kinda cool for my gaming experience pairing with my bs3 pro .
i would tend to agree with you here based on initial testing the lenovo can handle the heat very well, compared to the other phones and did not get hot during long gaming sessions, I think the best setup would be to have one of these phones as secondary units that you use only for gaming but that option is not really applicable to everyone with limited budgets specially during this time of Pandemic

So considering i should choose one device from this set up as my main and only phone i would probably go for the Bs4 in terms of size/money value without aiming for a pro version and thats mostly because im familiar with the joy UI which can easy fit for a commom miui user.
Still not a completely fair comparison. You should've used the external coolers for both the Rog and the Blackshark. For the Nubia and the Legion, their coolers have been built into the system instead of being sold as separate accessories, but they're coolers nonetheless. And you could unlock a higher X plus more on the Rog with that.
this is just the first of many tests bro, I don't plan on covering every single test on one video as it will make the video too darn long 😂 I still think its a fair comparison because if you bought the same models that I did, you won't get the external coolers along with the phone and needs to be bought separately

big hello! to my viewer from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 overall both the redmagic 6 pro and the legion 2 are the most responsive in real game testing, closely followed by the rog 5 and bs4 pro, I was only able to tell the difference after gaming on all these phones for a while, but on its own and compared with normal phones, the touch latency is really noticeable

I'm probably going for Red Magic 6 instead of the 6 Pro, the only thing you gain is a metal thing on the back and 120w charging. Also i like the magenta cyan gradient on the 6.
Yeah more color options on the regular redmagic 6, also the internal fan is a bit slower so shouldnt affect your temps by much

haha happy to have you here, maybe it's because it's the first phone to get an internal fan, still actively using the redmagic 3s and it's still as fast as it was the day I got it, the internal fan means no need to use an external cooler and I feel the indoor brightness and overall responsiveness made me personally like it

Let there be at least 10 games, for example, a game where the maximum fps is 120 Hz, a game where maximum performance is needed, whether the screen dims in games due to temperature and whether the fan is noisy. Is it good optimization in games, or does it throw games of different genres. How about this ??preferably in games the FPS counter was shown))

The software on the rog 5 is more mature though I do feel the redmagic os is lighter and more snappy overall

the ROG 5 usually lasts the longest due to it having the largest battery size
I will only mention this because I own an ROG phone 5 but it is not fair that you used the default fan for the legion when ROG also has a brand dedicated fan, with the only difference being that it is modular and not integrated, it is however ROG brand and not aftermarket.

Hey bro you should enable ludicrous mode in Redmagic 6 pro it basically over cloaks all CPU GPU RAM Hz etc same as Asus Rog except in Rog you have to do it manually separately, this setting is in game space settings then in basics tab,
Edit : it's more boost than super performance, once ludicrous Mode enabled it will display above super performance mentioning ludicrous mode already enabled

great video , in my opinion the only real winner there is the lenovo legion duel 2 , both red magic and rog new models won't introduce nothing really new in market compared to their precessor , im a bs3 and bs3 pro owner and i can tell you the screen size for a gamer it's kinda everything ....the 6.67 choise for the bs4 pro model is really poor for me and it makes me think black shark just making a transition year waiting for an after pandemic market to introduce a new real beast. Honestly i do care that the bend test is a serious test and i personally dont like how all these new phone's antennas are build in (including the OP9 series in the club ), but i dont pick a gaming phone as a main phone but mostly as an indoor old game boy thing .The levono screen size and its center cooling / build in double fan system sounds kinda cool for my gaming experience pairing with my bs3 pro .
i would tend to agree with you here based on initial testing the lenovo can handle the heat very well, compared to the other phones and did not get hot during long gaming sessions, I think the best setup would be to have one of these phones as secondary units that you use only for gaming but that option is not really applicable to everyone with limited budgets specially during this time of Pandemic

So considering i should choose one device from this set up as my main and only phone i would probably go for the Bs4 in terms of size/money value without aiming for a pro version and thats mostly because im familiar with the joy UI which can easy fit for a commom miui user.

Still not a completely fair comparison. You should've used the external coolers for both the Rog and the Blackshark. For the Nubia and the Legion, their coolers have been built into the system instead of being sold as separate accessories, but they're coolers nonetheless. And you could unlock a higher X plus more on the Rog with that.
this is just the first of many tests bro, I don't plan on covering every single test on one video as it will make the video too darn long 😂 I still think its a fair comparison because if you bought the same models that I did, you won't get the external coolers along with the phone and needs to be bought separately

overall both the redmagic 6 pro and the legion 2 are the most responsive in real game testing, closely followed by the rog 5 and bs4 pro, I was only able to tell the difference after gaming on all these phones for a while, but on its own and compared with normal phones, the touch latency is really noticeable
