Passed tonight on my 1st try with an 85%. This is what I did so hopefully it helps someone. My sponsor suggested Compucram so I did their pre-licensing and exam prep. I'd give it a 10/10. I used Affinity exam prep as well due too all the videos I was seeing on RUclips when I started to immerse myself in this MLO world. I give that a 15/10 when you utilize her system and all the resources they provide. Lastly I used a small amount of random videos I'd see on RUclips. Obviously I used Claysmile too and particularly this class with the acronyms and tips helped alot. All of this in conjunction helped me pass. It's a whole lot of info that can be on the test so you have to fully prepare. I have a finance background so I didn't want to take this lightly and act like I could walk in and pass. I started pre-licensing on Feb 14-21 and started studying for the exam right after. Studied between 4-8 hours most days. With a job lined up and a family I didn't want to fail so I did alot but I did all this in less than a month!

Hello. May I ask, is the compucram nearly same format of what’s in the exam? I am just really torn between compucram and Prep XL. I’ll appreciate your response. Thank you so much.
Thanks DC I’m glad I watched this video..your comment gives me great hope! I am literally taking the same courses and watching random videos( which this one was). Congrats on passing and wish you much success!
"If you fail to plan, then you're planning to fail". Claysmile is an awesome professional who intends to discuss and share advice & guidance to get more than enough information on Mortgages, get sponsored, and excel in the job as a MLO. So many views yet so little likes... I don't get it! You are amazing for putting this information together like you are. I've been watching all of your videos and I personally like the ones with just you because you really come alive and explain things better but but but, I do love all your videos, I just have my favorites. Please keep up the great work, it is so appreciated!
Can you do a video explain arms!!! I just started my journey to get my license and by far you are the only one who makes it so easy for me to understand…. More videos would help a lot… thank you

Thank you and I'm part of a Facebook study group called "MLO Study Buddy Group - Let's pass the S.A.F.E exam!"... And here is a detailed game plan for passing the MLO test: #1: Complete all the modules of the Affinity Mastery Course but don’t do any of the practice exams (save those for later). Print out and read through the 800+ Facts (from the Affinity Mastery Course). The course also has an audio version of the 800+ Facts that you can listen to as well. In fact, some people like to listen to the 800+ Facts and read along with it instead of just reading the printed version. #2: Make sure you watch the 4-hour video (in the Affinity Mastery program) #3: Make sure you go through the Audio Flashcards (in the Affinity Mastery program). #4: Stay plugged into The Study Buddy Facebook group: facebook.com/groups/257646308865682/ #5: Consistently attend Rocky's group study sessions (found in the Study Buddy group. In the group, Rocky posts the ZOOM link to his classes). In Rocky’s classes, you will master the 800+ Facts. After you master the 800+ Facts, then go back and do all of the practice exams of the Affinity Mastery Course. #6: Print out Jen's Cheat Sheet (found in the “files” tab in the Study Buddy group). #7: Check out the several documents posted in the “files” tab in the Study Buddy group. You will see great resources from Jack Carpenter, Summera Shaikh, Charlee Jacobs, Adam Crandall, and Vicky Rowe #8: Check out the “events” tab in the Study Buddy group for upcoming special events. #9: If you want a study partner, post a request in the group. #10: Check out my RUclips playlist of MLO study videos: ruclips.net/p/PLSeUah3czymM0VEk2dqbeiaEeQnzctfcp #11: Also, in case the Thinkific platform is easier for you, I organized many of my those videos into this free course: claysmile.thinkific.com #12: If you have any questions, feel free to post them to the group. Also, if for some reason you cannot find Rocky’s class, post a message in the group and someone will help you to get connected. And after you pass the test and when you start to look for sponsorship, I highly recommend that you try to secure a LOA (Loan Officer Assistant) position with a high-producing MLO in your local area because that type of position will help you master the art and science of originating and closing loans and will put you on the fast track to becoming a high-producing MLO.

I'm confused if the secondary market it's where existing loans are bought and sold... Why is Ginnie May a part of the secondary market? Ginnie doesn't buy or sell loans?

Not much of a commenter, but how he repeats and states the same topic/question in different ways really helps to cement learning. Thanks man.

Thank you and I'm part of a Facebook study group called "MLO Study Buddy Group - Let's pass the S.A.F.E exam!"... And here is a detailed game plan for passing the MLO test:
#1: Complete all the modules of the Affinity Mastery Course but don’t do any of the practice exams (save those for later). Print out and read through the 800+ Facts (from the Affinity Mastery Course). The course also has an audio version of the 800+ Facts that you can listen to as well. In fact, some people like to listen to the 800+ Facts and read along with it instead of just reading the printed version.
#2: Make sure you watch the 4-hour video (in the Affinity Mastery program)
#3: Make sure you go through the Audio Flashcards (in the Affinity Mastery program).
#4: Stay plugged into The Study Buddy Facebook group: facebook.com/groups/257646308865682/
#5: Consistently attend Rocky's group study sessions (found in the Study Buddy group.

The very first definition of a mortgage is dead pledge. Meaning you’re pledging to pay for something until death. And that’s not ethical.
Then live on the streets lets see how long you’ll survive 😂
@@iv2880 meaning there are other ways to acquire a home. Let’s not be an idiot.
