Super nice video of that great 👍 fishing trip aboard the Renegade out of Shem Creek 😀 that Jeff sure did COWBOY UP on that blue man, everyone caught fish 🐟 and the narration was super, what a trip of a lifetime 👌
Since you were so hesitant I just want to really thank you for sharing one of your deadly secrets. So many people are so secretive and as a guy who can’t get to the jersey shore much and just wants to make the most of each trip, I greatly appreciate any shared secrets.
Too funny...I just cleaned out my backpack yesterday and here you on this video. I'm strickly LBI my whole life and for me , I don't need to go elsewhere ! Love your channel. Keep up the good work ! See ya around !
Atlantic highlands here. Man what a kick ass give away! I'm new to salt water fishing this was my first season doing it and what a blast. So far loved the porgy fishing the best lol. Cant wait for spring stripers though. It's awesome to be here before 1k subs can't wait to see where this channel goes, you have some great content. Only 12 more subs till then as I write this. I'll keep an eye out for those williamson's at one of my local stores that always has things most places are sold out of. If I do I'll get ya a couple! Would be glad to help you out. Tight lines my friend.
Man, I can’t wait to get back out on the water. Depressing seeing my boat all covered up lol. She’s got new electronics installed and ready for spring time. Beach Haven is my home port.
You need your own show. Love it, made a bit of a tedious task funny. I kinda do like examining my tackle all being said 😄 I’m so inexperienced but am picking up loads of tips from the channel. Love it. Bringing my daughter out striped bass fishing pretending I know what I am doing to her.
Few metals that I didn’t have one me, and honestly I could spend an hour talking about this stuff, is YES.....you’re basic kastmaster. I also will keep a 2 oz EXO-jig on me 👍
If bluefish are around, I’ll take off the Kettle Creek and put on a Z-Man paddle tail as they don’t get torn up so easily by a big blue as a Kettle Creek does.
In years past my "home port" might have been the jetties at the convent at Cape May Point, the rocks at Townsend's Inlet, or Corson's Inlet (particularly the bridge at night). These days I'd say it's Barnegat Light (jetty and pocket). The SP Minnow in Bunker color worked for me this past spring. I'll definitely pick up a couple of Williamson Gomames the first chance I get. Thank you for the tip, and thank you for the informative videos! Congrats on the 1000!
Subbed. Sandy took all my shit. Nowadays, I have stashes across NJ. Saltwater and crabbing gear at a couple spots down the shore; bass and fly rods up the country. No matter where we go when we go home, I’m set to get out and rip ‘em.
Love all of LBI with the surf, Barnegat light house and all the bayside fishing. My home base is Sandy Hook as it's closest to me. Learning from you and especially can't wait to use your fluke rig!
From HBG Pa currently, just got bit by the salt bug 2 years ago and now within the next year will be finding and acquiring a new home base in either Jersey or Delaware. Have learned alot from your videos, looking forward to this years vids and who knows... Maybe run into you on the surf.. tight lines and thanks for what you do!!
Sandy hook beach is my go to. Sp minnows and diamond jig with teasers are a must have for stripe bass and blue fish. Also I want to say thank you so much for teaching me about saltwater fishing since I’m a beginner saltwater fisherman. I learn something new everyday . I hope you have a great wonderful day and stay safe.
Happy new year welcome back...as i said before i am into fresh water fishing looking to start saltwater fishing...sooo Atlantic city is the closest beach to me but LBI is just up the parkway and i know it's great fishing up there....thanx for the great tips it's a great video to get a new box started 🎣👍!
I start on the DE River in the spring and follow the cows from there. Home port Cowtown. I love using tins and teasers. Great content thanks for the vids.
Hello from Ohio... I found out that the Vudu Shrimp works great in Lake Erie, there are fresh water shrimp in the great lakes, it's not just for salt water anymore... LOL
Great video! I usually fish lakes but going to start surf fishing this spring. Thanks for showing the lures you use. Great start for me. Tight lines! 🤙
Which Gomame sub-model is that one? looks like an AJI ... what weight? Also as requested - High Bar Harbor, LBI is my port of call. also WTH with the Merch - NO SPF50 fishing shirts? killing me man.
Hey Eric loved your videos this season. This summer was my first surf fishing. I didn’t catch a lot but love getting out there. Home port for me is IBSP.
I know how you feel when you talk about the twitch. I walked the beach in Brigantine today. The fishing there can be more miss than hit but it is home for me. Maybe I will see you there some time. I love your positive energy even when they won’t bite for you. Tight line
I killed it last year with black label jointed woody metal lip and the BL needle fish you can't go wrong he is a local boy . I'm from highlands sandy hook but I moved down to little egg harbor
I live in Allentown, PA but Sandy Hook is my favorite because I can get there in less than 2 hours. But I recently fished in LBI and loved it even though I didn't catch any fish that day. I'd love to see you talk a bit about your yearly Calendar. Where do you go each month and what are you targeting? Where are you going in March and April before hitting those Blues at Barnegat in May? You get the idea.
Man, the Gomame looks good out of the package, but the finish on it gets chipped and beat to s**t so fast , it's unbelievable. No wonder you go through 20 a year...lol. Maybe try spraying an epoxy-like finish or dipping in clear epoxy before fishing it? Once my supply is gone, I'm not buying more. Results are just as good with normal epoxies or tins.
@@dwanetracy8107 No doubt... just saying that it is considered unnecessary and yet another failure point ( certainly the stock split ring is garbage and MUST be replaced )
Home port Sandy Hook and IBSP. Great video for sure. Rarely new to the surf fishing game, started late last year but this year is gonna be a banger. And if I find one of those lures I’ll send you 2. You have the best NJ RUclips fishing videos out there. Love the content and keep it coming.
Thanks for sharing! Looking to get back into serious surf fishing after being away for quite some time. Just purchased a 4X4 and look forward to getting out on IBSP this year. Congrats on the 1K Subs! Oh, home base is LBI.
from raritan bay down to island beach state park. luv the videos i am learning from you. thank you! i am mostly striped bass fisherman and bluefish but want to learn how to catch false albacore and spanish mackeral.
Hey E, watching you catch that 46in striper was awesome. I caught my first striper this past November and I am so hooked. It was only 34in. But it was amazing. I live philly but I will be driving to the shore every weekend. I am glad you shared this video so I can get a box lined up for the spring. Is there any way you could suggest a rod/ reel for surf fishing NJ? I would appreciate it. I hope to attack Ibsp and barnagate as much as I possibly can this coming year
LOL!my man said look already with the sand,I did that shit a month ago and there was sand all over the freaking place,it's like the herpes of the fishing world.

Avalon in the summer and LBI and IBSP for the fall run. I’m definitely gonna try and get my hands on one of those Gomames for sure!
Philly area native but LBI is where I learned to fish from the surf. Can’t wait to get down there in the spring!
Go birds 🦅
This channel is pure gold and confidence inspiring for new anglers. Keep up with the good work E!
Hey I appreciate the kind words! Tight lines 🤙
Great vid Brother. I love Mac daddy and Crippled Herring metals. Fish Longport to Cape May. Avalon 8th Street jetty my fave.
Bunker, Bone, Wonderbread SP minnows are the only 3 patterns I throw in the spring...hammer both bass & blues.

Sea bright beach is my turf great video hope to see you around this summer. I cant wait to go try to find those lures and test them.
Try and find them, they’re tough to come by!
Man, I can’t wait to get back out on the water. Depressing seeing my boat all covered up lol. She’s got new electronics installed and ready for spring time. Beach Haven is my home port.
Not from Jersey but frequent it very often for the fall run and summer and when I do brigantine is where I’m at. I’m keen on trying that gomame!
You need your own show. Love it, made a bit of a tedious task funny. I kinda do like examining my tackle all being said 😄 I’m so inexperienced but am picking up loads of tips from the channel. Love it. Bringing my daughter out striped bass fishing pretending I know what I am doing to her.
I’m from Jersey and just started fishing surf last year . I have had no idea what to use until now . Definitely got a new sub
Sea isle city, NJ...make a few runs up to IBSP in the fall.
Keep it simple with a 1oz kastmaster!
Great video, can’t wait for spring

Been fishing all my life but just mainly freshwater. Thanks for sharing your go to's! Hoping to hit the beaches this October November!! thanks again!!
Favorite places to fish are AC jettys and Corsons
Can not believe you haven’t caught on the Bunker Rapala.....another one of my favorite spring time plug for bass and blues.
In years past my "home port" might have been the jetties at the convent at Cape May Point, the rocks at Townsend's Inlet, or Corson's Inlet (particularly the bridge at night). These days I'd say it's Barnegat Light (jetty and pocket).

Watching these videos before my jersey trip! My florida trip got me hooked on salt fishing
Nice video bud. Nothing beats LBI in the summer....also Point Pleasant/Manasquan. Thank you for sharing your recommendations.

Thay dont bite you have 2 snag them with a big az trble hook and a big rod and reel with resl hevey line
I did this 6 weeks ago i took old backpack and 2 lure boxes and loaded them for sunfish to strippers and everything in between works out good for me !
The innocence of this group ❤️❤️❤️
I plan on going to island beach in late november before thanksgiving to fish striped bass for the first time. Thanks for the free game 👍🙏
Which Gomame sub-model is that one? looks like an AJI ... what weight? Also as requested - High Bar Harbor, LBI is my port of call. also WTH with the Merch - NO SPF50 fishing shirts? killing me man.
Lol, baby steps man....I gotta find people who make those. Teepublic only makes basic stuff. AJI, 1.75 oz. it’s killer

Some don't understand casting in distance when lure fishing g is more bout covering most of the bodies of water to up the chances...
When I go surf fishing I usually go to Wabtagh state park. Great video of you organizing
I caught my first striper in the surf - ever- on a green Deadly D this past January. Thanks for the content!
Another good one. Also heard on IBSP they were catching them on pink epoxy jigs....which I found surprising
I killed it last year with black label jointed woody metal lip and the BL needle fish you can't go wrong he is a local boy . I'm from highlands sandy hook but I moved down to little egg harbor

Stone harbor/Avalon in the summer, belmar to mantoloking in the fall. Tight lines!
I need to get one of those go to lures
Maaaaan I can’t find them anywhere.
Caldwell, NJ - SP’s always in the bag they work great out here and on the East River for me

Started in OBX, LBI back home but can't wait to seriously try more IBSP this year!
SP Minnow: Popular opinion is to remove the split ring from the front IF you use a tactical anglers clip.
I've never had an issue !!
@@dwanetracy8107 No doubt... just saying that it is considered unnecessary and yet another failure point ( certainly the stock split ring is garbage and MUST be replaced )
Definitely replace split rings and hooks 🤙
Awesome video bro! Congrats on 1k. I usually fish on LBI whenever I'm around but I'm not from the area
LBI, ISBP, and Mullica for me!! That Williamson looks so good!!!!!
Love the idea of the giveaway, I'm from Da Bronx and love me some Striper fishing and can't wait to make my way to NJ to do some surf fishing.

Yo E great channel. I found some gomame jigs but wasn’t sure what size is good any help greatly appreciated
