2 things Mr Ian Bagg, (other than the fact you're fucking hilarious) The food trucks are awesome, they're nothing like the old school roach coaches that showed up at my dad's work place (or even mine when i was much younger) the food trucks today have superb grub, sure there's a few roach coaches running around still, but not many. But I'll tell you what's better, old Mexican ladies with coolers in their trunks. If I'm at a job site and i see abuela roll up in her 92 civic or 94 dodge minivan, and start pulling out coolers, I'm hot footing it over there STAT!!! That's always THE BEST homemade Mexican food you will ever find outside of their homes. So fucking good. Risky, cuz if you get sick you're fucked, no one to sue cuz they're not a licensed business. But I've not gotten sick yet and have superb Mexican cuisine.
