About the Herb Sack and Tithe Farm: Yes, you can get it at Tithe farm without using slayer points. However, in my humble opinion, Tithe farm is very boring and tedious. Slayer can be a very AFK skill and earning the points for the herb sack doesn't take as long as you may think. So I stand by my point in suggesting to buy it when you have the available points. As for me personally, on all my accounts I never developed a blocked task list until about 75+ slayer. I did just about every task assigned to build up those slayer points, get my unlocks, and be prepared down the road to set up a block list as well as skip the tasks I don't like all the way to 99. But, this is just me. Others may like to do it differently.

The slayer helm should be a lower priority, since you get the +15% boost from a black mask already. A good time to get it would be when you unlock and plan to do spectres and dust devils at 60 and 65 respectively.
It's good to get the rune pouch for when you do Lunar Diplomacy, once you do that you can save some inventory space buy storing the runes needed for npc contact spell, saves you a lot of time from running to the slayer master to get another task every time you're done with your task
FadedGamerSkillz Normal people do tree runs whit the money that they make from slayer,also if you don’t slack you should have plenty of points to spend on all buyables.
Im 18m slayer xp myself. Never needed the boss unlock, cuz alot of normal slayer tasks have boss variants. The boss unlock actually unlocks alot of bad bosses for me like the wildy bosses and lower lvl slow bosses. Never needed the slayer ring unlock either cuz of POH and POH worlds. Slayer helm i gives 16.67 to melee and 15 to range and mage. I basicly have everything extended of the tasks I do, and then use Slaughter or Expeditious whenever I wanna speed up/slow down a certain task.

Tbh maybe just block ancient wyverns for 100 points. The other wyverns are a pretty quick task with decent stats, even without a lance. But, if you cba with any of them, block them. It's pretty much an additional blocked task slot (albeit 400 points more than normal) and will increase your odds of getting tasks you like in the long ring.
Konar can be used well if you have a lot of skills or resources with the necessary teleports, as you will also be isolated to a specific area each Konar task
If you did konar for 75 til 100 combat like I did, you have plenty of points leftover for rune pouch and herb sack. I think this is personal preference/situational

Slayer helm is pretty useless. Only really helps with dust devils. Abby spectres you just use salve ammy, same bonus. Lose out on using a fury, but save the ton of points for blocks.

It's faster to get the herb sack from tithe farm than from slayer. Also the rune pouch from slayer makes the most sense for ironmen.
The thing is that Slayer is quite afk and fun while tithe farm...sucks.

@FadedGamerSkillz the best exp? Normal farming is 2m exp/h, tithe is 110k/h. It's a complete waste of time. Auto-weed, outfit and never go back.

I blocked all dragon tasks. They take forever because i don't have the Lance or DHC which sucks
If you have a blowpipe, you should do brutal black dragons. Still like 6-700k/hour with 90+ range and addy darts.
