Rui talked about the reason why he was so pissed in an interview with Japanese reporter. He said Roddy still pulled my arm even after Konchar threw me off balance. It’s okay playing physical but not dirty. Those types of dirty plays can cause us serious injuries. And I couldn’t just let him get away with it though he did something very dirty, so I told him that.
@@xdgs567zsure dude but culturally hes pretty much completely japanese. also do you seriously think that being black predisposes someone to being more emotional/angry/prone to outbursts? thats honestly a crazy thing to say but whatever
When the player you are guarding is falling from your teammate tripping them, you can stop them from shooting AND make sure they don't get hurt, instead Roddy just fouls the crap out of him again. I wanted to like the Grizzlies, but this whole year I see a ton of stupid taunting, Ja glamorizing guns and being violent off court (multiple instances), and the team just fouls the crap out of everyone. They could easily be given twice as many foul calls.
Even though in slow motion it didn't seem much but Konchar's push on Rui's back while he was sprinting down the court was a cheap dirty play and AD's quick reaction to it proved it...
Yes he probably was more mad about the shove in the back but it's just him not fucking with the whole Grizzlies team for playing dirty. No doubt in my mind Lebron getting intentionally hit in the groin triggered him. If there was anyone on the Lakers who would get mad from that it's Rui who missed half his rookie season from a groin injury that required surgery. Fuck anyone or team that tries to win by injuring the opponent.
It's funny how the perception of Memphis has changed throughout this season. All the shit with Ja and Brooks has turned them into a team that people will jump at hating on for anything. I'm not saying I disagree with it, I don't like the Grizzlies, it's just interesting.
and it's not necessarily a bad thing. Every great hero needs an equally great villain and memphis is that. Memphis provides something that the league has been missing for years and that's true rivalry. Something that gets teams and fans excited / motivated to play.
@@thekings6150 have you ever heard of continuation after a foul is called? That’s why bro went for the block because he didn’t know if the ref was going to count the basket had he made it. So he made the right decision by blocking the shot and he didn’t do anything dirty to Rui at all.
@@itsjustkameron5799He dribbled the ball after the foul call so there was no possibility of continuing the play. That was simply dirty which is why a tech was called.
you never see him pissed of like this.

That's wasn't dirty at all, he is just soft
@@mcmerry2846 ur name is mcmerry talking abt soft 😭😭
i figured that's why he was mad but watching the replay it would be exaggerating to say his arm was pulled
Roddy turned his back when he could have simply turned around and said a simple “‘my bad”.
Guy that pushed him in the back was not even who Hachimura was mad at.
yes but roddy was fouled him also on the drive and on the way down he tangled rui arms a i think that's why he was mad a little but
Roddy is a punk who does stupid TikTok videos
kudos to AD's quick reaction to Konchar's push on Hachimura
as if that makes what 46 did OK. smh.
how is that push not a FL 1? it's not a play on the ball right
You must have done something very bad to piss off a Japanese like that.
He's half black also

Bro I played football and a push in the back is a FLAG EVEN IN FOOTBALL 😂😂
Big man pushing a guy going full speed in the back, had to look up this nobody
Memphis is a dirty team. Hope they get blown out in the next 2.
Lakers are a dirtier team
lmao you called the blowout
Good call. 125 - 85

Never Fails to impress
It looks like Roddy was looking to pull him down by his right arm.
Usually a hated team has a championship but they haven't even won a championship lol
Lakers continue hustling on a high note🎉 ok
you lucky this ref held me back....
bro never stops posting fr
Like usual the blind official running the court on the left side missed the push/foul.
Cool how AD had ruis back and went to their person who pushed him in the back. Roddy wasn’t the one but he’s the one rui thot did it
Rui would fold that guy. 💯
Bro was going for the ball at the end, he was trying to do anything dirty. All he was trying to do was block the layup attempt from Rui.
The foul was already called cuz first dude pushed him in the back so the other dude didn't have to try and go for the ball

Konchar over there wondering why Rui didn't come after him.
he didn't see who pushed him in the back
