It's name is "Risley Circus". Its named after the Risley circus act where performers balance people and/or objects with their feet. If you've seen the music video for this song you'll see its very circus oriented, both the band's make-up and the set where it was filmed. Google it ;)

i have never heard the word risley, and liz obviously is a name (lee of course too) also there is a famous japanese brand called liz lisa, which features a lot of girly skirts & dresses and doll fashion etc. thats why i thought the girl and her style in the video is a reference to that
