I think the answer to the first question would be better translated as "I can confidently say that it is my youth", as in she can confidently say that the edge she has against TTY is being younger than her. Nice interview!
Thanks for highlighting that particular answer. It's a shame isn't it that women players still feel judged and pressured by social stigma just to change their top, due to sweat especially, during play. Unlike the men players. Can we do something about it?
@@wongilank arrrr I think you have mental issues as you cannot even differentiate women body and men body. And even when I told you the obvious reason, you still do not get it. Seriously go see a psychiatrist.
Tai could have won the game if she had been patient in the last two. I still see that Tai is still a very difficult player to beat, and Ann's youth and determination plus a bit of luck, gave her this victory. Character and discipline wise, Tai is still the best throughout the Badminton ages; humble in victories and gracious in defeats.
Tai is very good player with amazing skills but the problem is that she will make unforced errors when the rallies last long. It is very difficult to beat a player who has excellent defense and superb foot work especially An Se Young.
One of the great, unforgettable matches. Both were terrific! I wish Se Young to win tomorrow against Olympic Champ.
She did it👍
What an amazing match that was! Exceptional both players were.

i wish TTY could be 25 forever
@@finalfan321 Too late for that. I guess she is 29, or turns 29 soon…
Thanks for further explanation ❤
Humble.. Obidient and disciplined...my favorite women single player..wishing all the best for her career🎉🎉🎉
To be honest. Tty is really determined this match
Asy mental strength too good. No biz to win this match. Yamaguchi would have lost
My favorite womens single. Smooth footwork.
Phenomenal match she just edged deserving to win too imo ❤
I cannot forgive her that she has beaten Tai today. At least not for two minutes…
That match was an all-timer.
just sugestion , using english in inteview will blow the badminton popularity

Obviously, woman are not allowed to reveal their body especially in a badminton tournament.
Is this so hard for you to figure out?
Well obviously I sense misogynism in your comment dude, which is exactly the social stigma I was talking about

@@wongilank Badminton does not deal with leftist attention seeking. That‘s good. You sense nothing…
Mysogynism is quite an extreme word for it. I doubt he has any ill intent :/

Play longer rallies, TTY will beat herself with hitting the net or push the shuttle out.
u could have swap it the okuhara's way
Having a walkover before the semis could have helped in her win. Nevertheless they put on a display of skills unparalleled thus far in WS.
