I doubt many billionaires fly in first class. There are two types of billionaires - the one who flies in tourist class and doesn't even look like a billionaire and the other one who has a private jet.

I assure you most multi millionaires + billionaires are flying private or first class for long haul flights and it’s probably paid as a business expense.
Travel is draining and flying on a lay flat bed / skipping lines is a material difference if you have to be sharp for a business meeting the next day.

Honestly, the last guy could do better.
