The 1/24 scale version has a small water reservoir in the truck. Unlike the 1/18 scale version, the the 1/24 exhaust lights up blue and jets the water out of the exhaust to give the exhaust a smoke trail effect. That's maybe why your truck opens, but they decided not to include it on the 1/18 scale. Probably the manufacturer's found out it leaves large water puddles everywhere lol!
FYI, i have both the Hot Wheels 1/18 1989 Batmobile and this Black Mamba Batmobile. The Black Mamba is slightly larger and longer than the Hot Wheels by a few inches. So to summarize, it is 1/18 scale. The 1/24 scale you mentioned is for the Jada 1989 Batmobile.
Clone of the 1:18 Hot Wheels '89. I've got that one. There are differences though, that moulded and painted dash is awful, the HW isn't perfect (sticker) but it is accurate, the petrol caps either side of the canopy are actual fitted pieces on the HW, here they're just painted on. Engine intake, wheels and side details are too light coloured, but other than that it's cool. That BlackMamba one is 1:18, it's the same size as the HW
I don't know, I looked everywhere on the box and the vehicle but there's no brand name on there, I got it from bbts too, and they too just call it Chinese batmobilr
this was the best batmobile and the most iconic wehicle od the era this looks like a mold copy of that 1 18 scale hot whells batmobile its almost the same still its a awsome wehicle as a batmobile collector anything batmobile ill get 😂 awsome review as always bro 🌒🦇
Looks nice overall and i love the matte paint job. Too bad the scale is off and I would have preferred they remove those sound effects (which sound more like the 66 show) and added the other gadgets it had. I'm also confused why the wrong Batman is on the box, thats so weird lol.
it is 1/18 scale,,Joy ride has a 1/24 scale 89 batmobile and is definitely smaller than this, the box on my 1/18 scale car measures 13" long and this box measure 14" long
@@toys210 I get it but you were asking how it compares in size to the 1/:18 Hot Wheels batmobile and it's the same size so I guess Hot Wheels is not 1:18 accurate either then🤷
@@toys210 well all I can say it's the same size as the Hot Wheels 1/18 scale car.. I have this Chinese version as well, I got it from AliExpress and it's pretty much the exact same size as the 1:18 scale hot wheels version

Ahh ok. Cos I remember seeing a post showing smoke coming out of the exhaust from a batmobile so that might be it

Still seems too small of a vehicle tho, since 1:18 scale fig should really be 4 inch.
Good review i also make movie cars videos And i think its bigger then my hot wheels 1/18 but its still to small. It should be the size of the ecto 1
Yea just wish it would fit 1/18 scale figd
Jada just released 1/24 scale with shield in special packaging!
Cool thanks for the info, I'll check it out
What company made this batmobile
I don't know, I looked everywhere on the box and the vehicle but there's no brand name on there, I got it from bbts too, and they too just call it Chinese batmobilr

Yea I feel like that's the hot wheel vehicle too, the least they could have done was scale it up so it would actually be 1/18 scale
@@toys210 i think the scale is of on purpose so they get get away with copyright issues if any would arise 😂
Y si apagas la luz para que se perciba bien la luz?

Yea same here, the sound is definitely unnecessary. I too would rather they have the pull out engine instead
Hope they do k.i.t.t and the delorean time machine!
DeLorean would be amazing with lights in this size
I have the deloren super elite with light and sound i have a video about it
Oh No it has those "insert car noises" gimmick. How long do the light last?
Not sure, I didn't try to leave the lights on
The audio mode lights last about 3 seconds. If you're in light mode, its stays on indefinitely.
@@iRonlMoNKleY ahh ok good to know, thanks for the info
it def is smaller scale. i have it with the jada toys 1:18 from "the" batman and it's a bit off
Yea I wish it was the right size, I would have made a custom batman to fit inside of this. Kinda disappointed by this
Still nice! Though that's 1/24 scale.
The company is Black Mamba
Oh the same company who did the upscale bayformer megatron. Nice
it is 1/18 scale,,Joy ride has a 1/24 scale 89 batmobile and is definitely smaller than this, the box on my 1/18 scale car measures 13" long and this box measure 14" long
Idk but next to a 1/18 scale figure the vehicle is definitely too small
@@toys210 I get it but you were asking how it compares in size to the 1/:18 Hot Wheels batmobile and it's the same size so I guess Hot Wheels is not 1:18 accurate either then🤷
it is the 1/18, mesures the same that the Hotwheels wich i have
I am not sure because there's no way to fit a 3.75 inch to 4 inch fig inside that vehicle
Yeah hot wheel can barley fit a figure you have to force it in
I just ordered mine for £25 and it being diecast is a bargain the Kenner toy is selling for 200 and it made of plastic
Nice, that's a good price. Yea no need to overpay it for other versions.
Looks good but worst recorded sound effect for this Batman vehicle version i could ever imagine in this higher end collectable 😂😢
Yea lol they should have taken the audio out and did sonething else
so the hot wheels car is approximately 11.5 inches long
Yea then that's the same length as my vehicle, I think hot wheels is like 1/25 scale. Not 100% sure. But this vehicle definitely is not 1/18 scale
@@toys210 well all I can say it's the same size as the Hot Wheels 1/18 scale car.. I have this Chinese version as well, I got it from AliExpress and it's pretty much the exact same size as the 1:18 scale hot wheels version
If you do the math, both of these versions claim to be 1/18 but are actually closer to 1/22. Sounds weird but the math is right.
