At 30:20 you used a command (cross section solid) ...in 2021 ansys ,I am unable spot that command ...please help

you can use the quick launch column at the top right corner. Just search the word (cross-section) and they will show you how to implement it.
Alternatively, you can go to the Display tab and look for style category and click Cross Section(should be yellow capital I)
