into the the second sparring so far and gotta say I love that these two can be so calm in the pocket with eachotehr working on defending and counters etc. awesome.
They definitely have some great coaches and amazing talent in that gym. I'm heading to some new gyms soon so hopefully I can find some gyms on the same talent level! Appreciate your support 🔥🤲🏿
Both guys are highly skilled and experienced. Dylan has a record of 64W 16L and 2Draws in muay thai and kickboxing. He also was a world champion in both sports while also holding a record of 8-2 in MMA. Bimysola has a record of 2-2 in MMA as a pro but also has a decent amateur record. So both get relatively competitive when sparring lol. They were even talking about who won the round while sparring lol. But I appreciate the support 🔥💯
Definitely wasn't saying he was wrong lol just speaking about their competitiveness and how good they are😂 I don't like seeing fighters go super hard in really small gloves because of possible cuts. Kinda got nervous in some of their exchanges but im just glad I can record it 😂
@zercora exactly I compete ammu MMA these are the types.of teammate I avoid - cause they'll help you lose! And build up CTE before your actual fight. At most I agree to intensity for the body and leg but not the head
It's definitely better to go soft to the head and rip to the body. Builds up conditioning rather than causing possible life altering damage. But occasional hard sparring is definitely good as it conditions you to take a punch but the power should be limited to 70-80%. Never 100%.
Yes unfortunately but losses happen and he will definitely bounce back. His record is honestly immaculate. Over 70 fights with an incredible win ratio💯🔥

The fighters showcased are so skilled, even at the intensity the first two guys showed they were still super technical. Great stuff 🔥

Smooth as butter 🤧
Those first two guys it seems like need to really check their ego. A few of those punches definitely had bad intentions.

Where's the intense part. They all look very sharp and controlled
