Watched this trailer over and over again and am still in awe when Sharlayan comes on the screen, the music and how beautifull it looks is just too much for me
I've been obsessed with Sharlayan since I joined the game in Heavensward. Bought the Encyclopedias so I could read as much as possible about it, and have wanted to go there for so long. Along with Amaurot, it's essentially my dream city. When I saw it zoom in on the map, that first panning shot paired with the music made me have the biggest wave of euphoria. I had to put my phone down.
I'm not sure any more, but I think I was trying to comment about fake-outs related to the cut from the back of Zenos' chair XD Then I saw a shell and my mind snapped a bit...
So I'm not the only one who thought they relaxed the hero pose at the end of the trailer as compared to the first trailer. Glad I wasn't just seeing things.
@@NicoleChangHarp Yeah the teaser trailer was more of a traditional "hero pose" where as this felt more like he was staring down an oncoming army or something.
@@Darkman519 Yep. Tho "Torn from the Heavens" was more apparent than the shadowbringers part, since compared to the other musical themes, the shadowbringers theme was in there for around less than 10 seconds
(I missed it until they said it later in the keynote XD Had to rewatch the trailer a few times later because I felt like I missed a lot due to freaking out/crying haha)
I'm generaly curious and don't want to hate or laugh about it: Is the amount of blinking do to a health issue? I just noticed that you blink extremly often. Like by the time i blink once you blinked like 5-7 times :o

yea but we also rekt the first beast while still being 1/2 sundered, while the ascians couldn't so I reckon something has certainly made a bigger difference of us now than us then
you have to think, the original ascians were not used to battle and war. Emet admits they were in a golden age of peace and prosperity, so when shit hit the fan they were caught completely offguard and ill equipped to combat the threat, especially when it was their own magick that went wonky. while we, the warrior of light have been at war with something or another for a number of years up to this point. battle hardened and always ready for war. reminds me of the rob schneider line from demolition man "We're police officers, we're not trained to handle this sort of violence."
Don't feel bad about being outed as a Graha fangirl. I feel like most people are, secretly or otherwise, even if they're not actually girls. Although I do wonder if the Miqo' te will FINALLY lose their overwhelming grip on the population now that bunny boys are a thing in 6.0.
