The airplane didn't submerge into the ocean. If not, we should retrieve some of the passengers' belongings. Most likely, the aircraft landed somewhere else, and all the passengers died before landing. If not, we might have gotten weak cell phone pings when the plane flew close to land or sea.

The above is sourced from Wikipedia, not my theory. Of course there have been many theories for the disappearance of MH370, but the pilot suicide/murder theory is the most plausible. Of course you still could argue the possibility of hijack, but there wasn’t any contact/response from the hijacker. And the theory of being hijacked had been ruled out as well.
In fact, there have been cases of suicide/murder of pilots previously, such as Germanwings in 2015, the airline openly admitted pilot had suicide tendencies. Also, Egypt Air in 1999, even Silk Air in 1997 a former subsidiary of Singapore airlines. Which the airlines strongly denied the pilot’s ulterior motive.
If MH370 were hijacked by terrorist, why wasn’t there any demands made by them? Why would they go all the way to the most isolated spot on earth to murder everyone onboard? They could have driven the plane to the most notable building such as Bank of China whilst on the way Beijing to get media coverage.

飛機有一個RAT發動機 飛機冇電會自動啟動 保持FD FMC EFB MCDU 等基本系統正常運作！理論上大概位置係可以知道 但印度洋海床咁深（4-5公里深嘅山脊 可能唔容易發現）
