    This is a very helpful “cheat-sheet”… but why are your consonants called “r”? Maybe you explained it in another video, but I thought that was a bit strange.

      Great question! A verb's root is comprised of 3 "radicals" (root letters). So each radical is named based on its position: R1, R2, R3.

      @@ben49424 Ok, that's helpful. I've been thinking of them as consonants but given that the 3 letters are essentially the "root" of various stems, I can see why the nomenclature R1, R2, R3 is used and functional. Thank you!
