WALKING TOUR next to the beach 🏖️ in Da Nang, Vietnam 🇻🇳 My Khe and Man Thai | Day Walk long

Today's walk will be roughly 80 minutes long. It will be pretty easy with the walk being right alongside the beach. As we get closer to the center, you will notice the surroundings are getting more and more developed with shops and resorts popping up.
I'll be walking starting from Tho Quang Beach in the northside of Son Tra towards My Khe Beach. We will pass by Man Thai beach, Pham Van Dong beach, East Sea Park, and end in My Khe beach.
Da Nang, a coastal city in Vietnam, is renowned for its stunning beaches and vibrant beachside atmosphere. Here are some key highlights of the Da Nang beachside:
1. My Khe Beach
Location: Just a few kilometers from the city center.
Features: Often referred to as "China Beach" by American soldiers during the Vietnam War, My Khe Beach is famous for its long, sandy stretch and clear waters. It's ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports like surfing and jet-skiing.
Amenities: There are numerous hotels, resorts, and restaurants along the beach, offering convenient access to amenities and services.
2. Non Nuoc Beach
Location: South of Da Nang, near the Marble Mountains.
Features: Known for its calm, clear waters and fine sand, Non Nuoc Beach is less crowded than My Khe, making it a great spot for a more relaxed beach experience. The beach is also close to various luxury resorts.
Activities: It's a good place for swimming and enjoying tranquil seaside walks.
3. Bac My An Beach
Location: To the north of My Khe Beach.
Features: Bac My An offers a quieter alternative to its neighboring beaches, with a similar fine sandy shore and gentle waves. It's popular among those seeking a more serene environment.
Amenities: The beach is lined with upscale hotels and resorts.
4. Son Tra Peninsula
Location: Northeast of Da Nang city center.
Features: This area is known for its scenic beauty, with several small, picturesque beaches like Bai But and Bai Da Nang. The peninsula is also home to the Son Tra Mountain, which offers hiking trails and panoramic views of the city and coastline.
Activities: Besides enjoying the beach, visitors can explore the lush landscapes and visit the Linh Ung Pagoda with its impressive statue of the Buddha.

Beachfront Promenade: Da Nang has a lovely beachfront promenade perfect for walking, jogging, or cycling. It’s dotted with cafes, restaurants, and shops.
Water Sports: Many beaches offer rental services for water sports equipment, including surfboards, paddleboards, and snorkeling gear.
Night Market: The night market near My Khe Beach features local food, souvenirs, and crafts, adding to the vibrant beachside experience.
Da Nang's beachside is a highlight of the city, combining natural beauty with modern amenities and a lively atmosphere, making it a fantastic destination for relaxation and adventure alike.
