Such ease - relaxed confidence - so natural. - the throw-away 'Voila'

I find Emma a compelling watch when she’s speaking almost as much as when she sings. I watched the whole show and most other presenters worked in pairs. For the producers whose reputations are on the line to put a 15 year old centre stage in a live broadcast tv program shows the level of confidence these people have in her, as well as her own self confidence. ❤

Emma had only spoken a few lines of her presentation when the camera cut to a view of the audience. Clearly apparent on the faces of those being shown was utter enchantment toward this beautiful young girl.
Back in the 1920s, the era of the silent film, there were a few young actresses that had the same effect on the audiences of the day. A phrase was coined to describe this phenomena. It was said that these young actresses had the 'it factor'; a dynamic, charismatic and endearing personality that drew people to them. Emma quite clearly possesses the 'it factor' in abundance.
I have always been astonished by the easy and natural confidence with which Emma presents herself to the world. Genuine, authentic, compelling, mesmerizing are just a few of the adjectives that can be used to describe her personality. I always default to phenomenal. She is a phenomena of nature who would succeed wildly at whatever endeavor she undertook. Just so happens she has chosen music and entertainment. She might just as easily become a business entrepreneur, or even a politician.
Thanks so much for posting this video. I don't know where you get these videos, but I'm happy that you do, and are willing to share them with all of us. All the best.

Normally when I tidy up the auto-translation, the errors are obvious and so is the correct English wording. However, here, I really didn't understand what Emma said when announcing the winner - the part immediately following 'Voila', so I left it as the auto-translate gave, but it doesn't make much sense to me. "The silent sobbing game goes through the marrow and the bone....." I couldnt decide if this was a line from the musical 'Melk' or if it was maybe a Dutch saying, or if it was a completely wrong translation? Can you help?

@@RogerC-2024 It is a Dutch saying, through the marrow of one's bones, and means that it touches the heart, to express the power of a painfully experienced emotion.

Is there anything Emma can't do? No wonder André Rieu is so happy to work with Emma. This is proof: she is a stage-animal. Completely in her zone in front of audiences. I wouldn't feel happy at all (to be honest) and I have tons of respect for this gifted lady.

I watched the whole awards show and most of not all the other presenters of awards came on stage in pairs. For the producers to send on a 15 year old alone for a live broadcast says a lot about their undoubted confidence in her as well as a great deal about Emma's absolute self confidence. A 'stage beast' as Andre says and you rightly point out too.
