Keep Kyle if he's willing to give up some control. If we can bring in an OC, a new DC (even it means switching schemes) and a new special teams coach then I think we can turn things around. If we aren't going to make any meaningful changes and next season is just looking like more of the same, maybe it's time to move on. Kyle's a proven head coach, but he can't get out of his own way. People calling for his head aren't thinking things through. That could start a years long search to find the right head coach, it has happened before. People saying "fire Kyle and hire Ben Johnson" seem to be ignoring the fact that Ben Johnson has no head coaching experience (how many successful coordinators have gotten HC jobs and been complete flops?), the Lions are a very talented team and he gets to rely on having the #1 offensive line in the league. There's going to be a lot of interest in him for head coach jobs next season, but there's no proof that he'll be good at it.
