Do you need a licence to ride a scooter on the roads? I'm still fascinated by all the bikes and scooters on the road over there! I'd imagine everyone is leaving work to go home hence why it's busy. I love seeing people from different countries...I always wonder where they're going, what they're doing.
You dont need a license but there are some rules for that kind of scooters. Eg the max speed is 20 kph

Is it just me or does it feel weird to see Stockholm from this angle? I am taller than most people and the camera is maybe at 155cm.
