    Try this restaurant style chana garlic dry starter at home with this simple and easy recipe.
    Ingredients :
    Chickpea (kabuli chana) - 1 .1/2 cup
    Cornflour - 1 tbsp
    Rice flour - 1.1/2 tbsp
    Chilly powder - 1 tsp
    Coriander powder - 1 tsp
    Chat masala - 1 tsp
    Garam masala - 1 tsp
    Garlic cloves - 5/6
    Green chilly - 5/6
    Oil for frying
    Salt to taste
    Method:
    1)Boil chana with 2 cups of water and salt in a pressure cooker for 1-2 whistle.
    2) Take out this in a bowl and add cornflour and rice flour.
    3)Coat this properly and deep fry this in oil.
    4) Also fry the garlic cloves and chilly.
    5) Now take another pan and add 1 tbsp of oil.
    6) Then add all dried spices and stir it for few seconds.
    7)Now finally drop in all fried chickpeas and fried Garlic and chilly.
    8) Serve this hot and crispy snack in you next party.
