Assalamualaikum dear sister Husna! I also had braces and was advised to wear retainers. After that my orthodontist left the country for his home country, and I didn't know when he went. So I never got the chance to have the treatment completed. My retainers still fit me Alhamdulillah. I am feeling motivated to wear them watching you wear retainers 💛💜💛. I see that you wear in the night so I want to ask that when do you apply them in the night as, for me, I feel very irritated for atleast 2-3 hours after applying them and I can't go to bed just after wearing them coz I feel so irritated that I can't fall asleep 😂😭
