I love Sly such a loving and caring dad to his girls. He holds Sophia all dear to his heart. The Sophia pour a tsps of apple cider vinegar with 2 tblps of lemon juice and a tblsp of honey in a water bottle and sink for a month in the morning and your migraines will go away. ❤❤❤ Sylvester Stallone you're amazing 😍
Bless you Sophie, I feel for you. I have a degenerating spine and it's now in my neck also. I suffer almost daily and its just a guessing game on which day or days my migraine will strike. It really socks so I can understand how you were feeling. 😮 I have an ice pad for mine now which seems to help. Different treatments work on different days, really messes your life around. Sending lots of love and hugs your way❤.xxx

2 friends of ours often had seriously bad migraines..
So they got an ear ring placed in a part of their ear that touches a pressure point for headaches..

⚡MIGRAINES are also caused by internal tension, I try to relieve stress through workouts, jogging and what's important is to always stretch the neck and shoulder area with a good foam roller and stretching exercises or get a massage. Yoga and meditation are the best. ❤SOPHIA, you have too much energy that is pent up and needs to be released. If this applies to you, you should not get lost in thoughts, but rather be more aware in the moment. ECKHART TOLLE has great MEDITATIONS on this. Get well soon😘
Sophia, after hearing that you drink a lot of coffee, I just want you to know that caffeine can also cause migraines if it increases your physical tension! Migraines are caused, among other things, by high internal and physical tension. If you search on RUclips for: Ayurveda migraine tension and Ayurveda intestinal health for doshas, you will definitely find what you are looking for and you will rarely get migraines anymore if you apply everything!
🍦Ice gives me an immediate migraine due to an intolerance. A healthy diet and my inner attitude, I'm much more conscious and don't stress out so easily anymore, that helps a lot. I wish Sophia a speedy recovery. 💛

The caffeine coffee in Italy is very strong. It gives me excessive migraine headaches. Only thing that works for me is excedrin migraine.

Hi, as I’m sure you know, but any sulfites in wine can cause a terrible debilitating migraine. Also, gluten in bread, pasta, etc…even the healthiest bread, Ezekiel, has gluten that gives me an intense headache after 2 slices. Avoid those things and see how you feel.❤
She has to try Iyengar Yoga! Yoga postures effect and heal every part of the body, improve blood circulation and inversion yoga postures will send fresh blood to the head area and heal & cure her migraine issues. Lemon water first thing in the morning and last at night before sleeping will also do wonders.

I got migraines when I was young and they completely stopped after I had my son. I have no clue why. Migraines are extremely painful. I feel for Sofia. Don't they have medicine for migraines now? I hope hers go away like mine did. They put you out of commission entirely. You just lie there in pain waiting for it to stop. On different note, why the rumors Jennifer and Sylvester are divorcing? Seems so far from truth.
