Hey Psalm, Shift4 is a decent merchant account payment processing service that integrates well with most POS systems. The company itself does not create POS systems, but they have bought out four POS systems that they now own: Future, Positouch, HarborTouch and Restaurant Manager. So I'm not sure I answered your question, but they do provide multiple payment solutions for POS systems.
I am a small business. Juice bar grab and go business. Would I be able to put a screen in my kitchen and have the orders sent to the screen from the register?
Which do you personally believe is the best restaurant pos system? Upserve or TouchBistro? Or do you believe there is a better pos? Which is generally cheaper?
Hi Alfredo, it really is a matter of preference. I find Upserve to be the most comprehensive POS system on the market, but I really like TouchBistro for a little bit cheaper of an option if you don't have a bigger full service restaurant. These are my top two choices though.
@@RedBullWiiiings I believe TouchBistro and Toast are very comparable and you would be happy with either overall. Upserve is simply the best when it comes to reporting. They are able to get mine customer information to determine how often they come in, what they order, how much they spend and you're able to cater to the guests and make them feel truly special because you know a lot about them, so the reporting is amazing. Beyond that, all three of them are very similar as far as usability and capabilities go. Hope that helps.
That’s awesome 👏🏻 I’m excited for more!
Hi Dave, awesome candid review, thanks for sharing it. Any thoughts on Shift4?
