As a 911 dispatcher, this happens so much more than you would think. He was probably a mental patient, on drugs or alcohol. We see this stuff every night. Love your videos!!

I work in a police department for the last 20 years. I am a civilian emploee. That person sounds like a code 99, which is a crazy person, sadly enough, never trust anyone and always keep your doors and widows locked no matter how safe you feel your neighborhood may be. Be safe Nelsons.

Aww. I really appreciate the way you handled this situation and told this story and that you even wished him well, despite him having caused you a lot of fear. So many people struggle with their mental health and/or addiction and you talked about him very kindly and without judgement. We need more people like you! So glad you guys were safe!
Glad everyone is ok. These kids are all aware of the effects of addiction but another harsh reminder what addiction can do to someone. Sounds like he would have been pretty harmless.
Always check the window and cameras especially at night when something seems admiss. Had Benji opened the door the guy would have thought he was God

We have so many people with mental illness and they seem to get overlooked by society and the ones who can help them. We can’t also assume they are on drugs. Cameras are so important! My heart is so happy you have those. I’m convinced my little blink camera saved my life. Bought it thinking I was being paranoid (thought I constantly heard someone at my door at night). It caught the man two days later!!!! I was terrified and I don’t have a house full of babies to protect!

Yeah I’ve seen some weird stuff in AZ. One time a man took a shower in the sprinklers across our house. He got undressed and only had boxers on. 😂 That was honestly the least scary thing I’ve seen.
