How cute to see a dog being staged, that's a first..😀🐕🦺 The sliding glass doors, the built-ins, primary bedroom closet without wire shelving..IMPRESSIVE..GE Cafe appliances comes with numerous options and flexibility. I watch around 50 new homes tours weekly..Your tours are top shelf professional. 👍👍

What’s the starting price? I would love it if you showcased the foyer. Like go midway into the foyer then spin around the camera. Love knowing if the foyer is one or two story. As for the little room off the kitchen, I would use it for a creating/craft area. I’m not in the market for a new home however, I do enjoy watching home tours for design ideas. IMO, a million doesn’t get you much in Georgia compared to other states. The secondary rooms seems rather small. Looks as if the spec home was on a basement which is nice. But for a million, I would love a three car garage. Those wire shelving in the closets are a no.
Starting prices are in the low $900's. You got it, I'll make sure to better show the foyer moving forward; thanks for the suggestion! I'll try to showcase some more affordable new construction options in the upcoming week. I've been focusing on higher price points.
It actually has a 4 bay garage. It’s tandem tho so it’s inconvenient. But you do get 4 bays of garage. However I agree with you GA is not cheap anymore. Nationally home prices doubled in 3 years. This neighborhood is near my house so Ik a bit about the homes
