Bubba do me a favor please. Get on the tractor before you start it. I know you put it out of gear but sometimes they don't actually kick out of gear even though the gear shift feels like it. My Dad got broke real quick from doing what you do. He thought his Massey was kicked out of gear when he and I were in the hay field. The gear shift flopped around just like yours but the Tractor didn't actually disengage. He tried starting it and that tractor knocked him down and rolled on top of him. If I hadn't been there to get the tractor off of him hw would have possibly died. So please I am begging get on the tractor to start it.
C'mon, things are looking good around the Homestead. But may I suggest that you stop by the car wash & give that truck a ready good washing?? It would make the truck look great too, plus take a ton of mud off it also. Sow a little more grass around the almost bare spots & take advantage of the days of fall rains coming to get the grass sprouted & growing before cold weather. Good Luck on the Homestead!
Got to give David and Mike a lot of credit for all the hard work. It is not easy staying organized, but it just seems to make life easier and hopefully David can stay the course.
Looking good David! I have been watching from the beginning and that is about maybe the fourth or fifth video of you organizing stuff. Hope it stays organized this time.
❤ For 2 men to do that much labor in one day in the heat and no wind is saying a lot about getting it done. Mike is a great help to you and you work well together. He looks small but he's stronger than he he looks being hurt like he's still recovering from. Thanks for helping your uncle David.
THAT IS ALOT OF STUFF,DAVID!!!!! Come on,you can part with some??? “😊😊😊😊FIND A SPOT FOR EVERYTHING YOU USE,PUT IT BACK IN SAME SPOT AFTER YOU USE IT!!! THROW OR GIVE AWAY ANYTHING OF NO USE!!! THIS WILL ALWAYS KEEP YOUR YARD AND HOME TIDY!!!👍🥰
Great video guys. Love watching these videos. Also the love that is shown an just being there for each other.and also the big get togethers. Love all the animals to.😊❤👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Looks great David, nice seeing you mike working with your uncle David. Catch you all on the next one.
David and at metal storage shed. You have tools abdul's in there toolbox in there... I would think you will want to have all your tools and the same building other than your big search for 1000 you're Stuck like that instead of having tools in front with the Houses and tuned.Wait-a-bit when you got to mother tool shed.Oh my god that would drive me nuts
David, put pool noodles that you've sliced down one long side on each of your top braces/poles to help keep it tight and to make snow/rain fall off easier.
C'mon, up on the roof, you could run 3 rows of 1 x 6, and then roof it with the clear plastic panels like Ant did on their greenhouse! That would handle snow loads and keep the wind from ripping it up. The clear panels would also make it brighter while strengthening the roof. Similar to what Mel and Gary did for their livestock barn! ❤❤
What happens when the what happens doesn’t know what gonna happen but then it ends up happening cause that kinda stuff happens all the time you know because it’s probably happened to you..I had to I’m sorry
Just curious. Would a 2" heavy duty PVC pipe cut in half (ripped on a table saw) with stand tractor/truck/trailer driving over it without crushing your garden hose if you ran it across your drive as protection for your waterline, somewhat? Just wondered if it would protect & be cost effective?
Hi David. Don't know if you noticed? The second canopy has a tear on the left. This is looking in from the front...to the left. Just thought you must know, because of water that may be coming in. 😮
You can hand stitch that torn corner. Use needle nose with apolstry needle. I would patch unless it matches up perfectly otherwise you'll stress it to much.
Wow you guys did a great job getting that stuff moved to the new area. I hate to mention this but if the stuff you have left on the ground might blow all around if you have a lot of wind with the storms. 💜
Boy, it’s so nice to have Mikes help. He is a hard worker. You guys got so much done. Don’t forget to throw your plant hangers away, unless you are planning on using them next year.
Everything in its place and a place for everything. Organization sure makes it look better around the homestead but it also makes it easier to find what you are looking for and be able to get it out & put it away afterwards. Congratulations Mike & David. You both worked very hard and it shows.

Great job guys. Where do you get those tents at? I could use one for some of our outside things as well. Mountain coming along and looking good David.
Why don't you just invest in a storage container to store all your stuff you can lock it for safety n it's more appealing than those tents.

3:01 do the shelves ever fall over during storms? Do you zip tie them? I’m collecting ideas here 😆
zip-tie
He did say he zip tied them at the top of the frame and the weight of the shelves would help hold them down.😊
