Jyotsna madam one suggestion is instead of boiling the carrot in water and then not using the water we are losing the vitamin from carrots whereas may be if you could boil the carrots in a little milk and then using that milk in grinding the carrots would provide the carrot milkshake with all the vitamin and nutrients. 🙏
