I use my *hotdups* as a work bag and have had no issues at all. It’s a comfortable bag, fits a good amount and hadn’t lost its shape. With that being said, I also take care of all my bags and don’t carry a water bottle, pens, keys or anything that can damage the interior

I do that to clothes. Is it possible to use some wallpaper to cover the holes? Patch and paint? Suggestion on the wall with the perfume shelf …use multiple shelves or a shelf unit to maximize space. I lived in 700 sq ft for 15 years so I understand!

Love your new vanity set-up. I think the gold anthropology primrose tray will look great holding the items you have sitting on the vanity along with the matching desktop mirror. You can use the ring light that you already have there setup if needed to apply the make-up… that’s what I do and I love it.
