Roulette Wheel Algorithm Vs Rank based Selection Algorithm Urdu Hindi Example for Exam

Roulette Wheel Selection can be use to find the fittest value. In TSP shortest distance is the fittest value, but in Roulette Wheel Selection maximum portion has the higher chance to get selected. Rank based selection gives highest rank to least fit.
