    Wow wow wow!! keep more such new concepts coming really love them!! makes me feel so powerful when i have a program like affinity and excellent youtubers like you to teach. And I was a skeptic. But now I can feel that in a few months time with more practice, I can finally think about making this as a money making job. As of now, I still have so much to learn and so much to perfect.

      I use this Wacom tablet. It’s a little expensive, but it makes working with Affinity's paint brush so much easier!

    What does FLOW actually mean?

    • @AffinityRevolution
      @AffinityRevolution  2 года назад +1

      It's how much paint is being applied each time you go over an area. So 10% flow would apply 10% of the possible paint. 100% paint completely covers an area in paint, while 10% paint would still show 90% of the underlying area.

    • @DaKosi
      @DaKosi 2 года назад +1

      In other words: If you have 100% opacity and 100% flow, you will apply 100% paint to the image. You only have to click or drag once with your brush to apply the 100% paint.
      Now if you have 100% opacity but only 50% flow, you would need to click or drag your brush two times over the same area to apply the 100% paint.

    • @edrambeau1534
      @edrambeau1534 2 года назад +2

      @@DaKosi thanks so much. Your explanation made it extremely clear. Flow at 33% would mean you’d have to drag your brush three times to get 100%. Got it

    I feel that something is missing… 🤔
    How did you go from painting black “cancel” around her to painting black to add the fur of wolf…?

    • @AffinityRevolution
      @AffinityRevolution  2 года назад +1

      By painting black to hide the woman, you reveal the layers that are underneath her. In this case, the wolf's layer is underneath her. So as you paint away the woman, the wolf's fur becomes visible. 😊
