SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Read all instructions before using the fan heater.
2. Only connect the fan heater to a single-phase socket with a main voltage as specified on the rating plate.
3. Do not leave your home while the appliance is in function: ensure that the switch is in OFF(0) position and the thermostat is in minimum position. Always unplug the appliance.
4. Keep combustible material such as furniture, cushions, bedding, paper, clothes, curtains etc. at least 100cm away from the fan heater.
5. If wall mounted do not fix to combustible material such as wooden synthetic or plastic surfaces. Do not hang anything on or in front of the fan heater.
6. Always unplug the heater when not in use. Dot not pull the cord to unplug the heater.
7. Keep the air inlet and outlet free from objects: at least 1 m in front and 50 cm behind the heater.
8. Do not install the heater right below a socket
9. Do not let animals or children touch or play with the fan heater. Pay attention! The air outlet gets hot during operation (more than 80°C, or 175F)
10. Do not cover. If covered, there is the risk of overheating
11. Do not use this fan heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a
swimming pool. 12. Do not use the fan heater in the rooms with explosive gas or while using inflammable solvents, varnish or glue.
13. If the cord of this appliance is damaged discontinue use of this product and contact your retailer for further instructions.
15. Keep the fan heater clean. Do not allow any objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause electric shock, or fire or damage to the heater.
INSTALLATION
The appliance requires no installation, it should be used solely as a portable appliance. Portable appliances are not suitable for use in a bathroom.
OPERATION
Turn the thermostat knob (right) in a clockwise direction until it reaches the maximum setting.
Summer service (ventilation only): turn the knob to fan setting.
Heating at reduced power: turn the knob (right) to setting 1 (1000W).
Heating at full power: turn the (right) to setting II (2000W). Switching off: turn the knob (left) to setting O.
REGULATING THE THERMOSTAT
When the room has reached the required temperature turn the right thermostat knob (where included). In an anti-clockwise direction up to the point where the appliance switches off and not beyond. The temperature fixed in this way will be automatically regulated and kept at a constant level by the thermostat.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning always remove the plug from the electrical socket.
Clean the air inlet/outlet grilles frequently.
Never use abrasive powders or solvents.
