I would be really concerned if I was a tourist heading down to New Orleans. The reason being is that they’re more concerned about people bringing coolers into the French Quarter and surrounding area. The Republican legislature in Louisiana adopted laws that allow people to carry guns so they can carry a gun in the French Quarter, but you can’t carry a cooler.
