Brother I request all the beginning that of Mota volt Do not buy any bicycle, face many problems in service.
क्योंकि मेरे भाई कंपनी वाले प्रोडक्ट सही नहीं देते हैं हर महीने कुछ ना कुछ प्रॉब्लम होते रहती इनके सर्विस सेंटर 2 4 से 5 दिन लगा देते हैं मेरे भाई साहब इसीलिए की फस गए हैं Because my brother's company does not provide proper products, every month some or the other problem occurs, their service center takes 2-4 to 5 days, that is why my brother is stuck.
Don't buy this pleace I request you please don't.
I buy it for my grandfather and this bike has many worst side .like the wire is so worstly digine and as conscience the wire offenly cut off... Don't buy this pleace

@@theebikesshow What do you mean replace the part. they will send the motor or any short circuit wiring or any problem is there. who will identify which part is faulty.
Normal people do not know which part is faulty. Normal people just go to service center to get thier vehicles checked and faulty part is identified by the service center and replaced or repaired
i have ordred its top model today itself, i am confused , any other good option than this as its hard to pedal , its orderd for my son who is
12 years old.
For 12 years kid, a normal gear cycle would be great in my opinion. Well for tall people, this URBN feel uncomfortable for pedalling long time, but if you want to ride maximum times on throttle then you can consider this ebike.

The bike is not made for pillion ride, however it can be used for school dropping of wards

Now a days Maintenance, after sales service is very poor due to 1. Not availablity of spare parts, 2. Not availablity of skilled mechanic . West of money, time & income.😮

I have one of their cycles (smart plus) purchased in 2021. I needed to change the battery in 2024. The price of a smart plus battery is 5000 more than standard battery with same capacity. And the standard battery will not show any display if plugged in smart plus cycle. So, beware before purchasing a smart plus cycle/ebike. Smart facilities would incur high maintenance cost in future.
Our battery fully charges in 4 to 5 hours

It seems they are providing 16 Ah battery instead of 20 Ah in this vehicle.They have reduced the price by Rs 6000.
At the time of testing, there were 2 versions to choose from - 16Ah & 20Ah, and I decided to perform the test with 20Ah.

Excellent vehicle. Very POOR SUPPORT & SERVICE (Motovolt URBN). CHARGER NOT WORKING SINCE FIRST TIME, waiting 15 days for replacement at CHENNAI, still not received.

Yes, definitely zaruri hai, ebike normal cycle se heavy hota hai, aise me battery khatam hone pe pedal karna kaafi hard rehta hai, but agar gears rahega toh utna heaviness feel nahi hoga, aur flyover pe bhi chadha ja sakega gears ki madat se, nahi toh single speed me yeh bahut tough hai, mushkil hoga.
but all the videos i have seen they say that 4hrs is the charging time?
I have charged the battery 2 times, and each time it took near about 8.5 hours. I put the battery in charge at 4pm and it got charged fully at 12:26pm

There are many, actually those ebikes have a standard frame like a normal cycle, are easy to ride with pedal, and more lighter the ebike, better comfort you will get while riding without battery power.
