For all your queries, it would be best if you first search your university in the ACCA exemption calculator and if the exemptions are available to you, kindly send a mail to ACCA to claim those exemptions. Or you can directly mail ACCA and ask for the available exemption in your case by sending them the required documents like marksheet/result of graduation.

university like jain university offers 9 papers exemption with their mba accelerated with acca program with this new update have any effect on it? Can already registered students be able to claim this jain university conditional exemption?
ACCA from Jain University is an integrated program and it is not for regular and conditional exemptions. It is different. If you are in the integrated program, you will get 9 paper exemptions. And if you are already registered ACCA student and not registered with Jain University yet, you might not be able to claim 9 enxemptions. But after your graduation, you can claim 5 paper exemptions.
Sir if in case we get an exemption in the skill level of any subject and if we opt for the same subject in the professional level and by studying from the base of the subject if we clear the paper… then would we have the scope of getting job in the same field since we have cleared it in professional level?
See this is very subjective but all you need to think is from a employer point of view when comparing yourself with a student who didn't get any exemption.

According to me, you will not be able to take conditional exemptions but you can go for the regular exemptions once you complete your graduation. It would be better if you can send a mail to ACCA and get a confirmation from their side as well.

When you apply, you will get all exemptions. better give tax exam first and then claim the exemptions.

check ACCA Exemption calculator and check your university there. If your degree is mentioned there, you can get exemptions.
