      @@bojans6780 The media purposefully created a heroes vs villain narrative with the heroes being Federer and Nadal and the villain being Djokovic. I think part of it was because of where they're from. Spain and Switzerland are loved by the rest of the world. Serbia... not as much.

    After not having watched tennis on tv for a long time, I started up again around 2010 and saw NOLE for the first time and realized how everyone especially the crowd was against him!!!! IT was at that moment that I became a big fan of his!!! From that moment on he was my favorite tennis player and favorite athlete!!!!!! He shoulld thank the crowds one of these days for encouraging him with all their negative behavior to win all these tournaments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    the only one to applaud opponents' great shots no matter what the scoreline is. In fact I dare say i dont think I have ever watched a Djokovic match where he hasnt at some point congratulated a great shot by his opponent. He is the only one to always credit his opponent for their wins and never throw excuses about luck, weather and god knows what else.

    Djoko always admires good points from opponents. For him its like an aethos to respect others. I hardly remember some situation (there are some, but very rare) where refree made mistake in his favour and he kept mouth shut.

      @@tircek1233 Against Fritz, it was the very first game, no leader yet. Against Tsonga it's in the tie-break of the very first set, still no leader in sets. Against Monfils, he is one set down and leading in the second set but only by his service game (on deuce, so a breaking moment for that game). Against Sonego, he is up one set, but the point happened in the tie-break of the second set, with 4-4 in points, also a breaking point for that game and set... Just fun facts
