I honestly love these videos more than the regular car ones. It's awesome to see the true friendship with everyone, along with awesome content. Bonus points for keeping it family friendly , and all (if any) of the drinking/partying shenanigans off camera (or at least off of the main videos) Props to Maddi as well for going with, especially having a new born to tend to. It's one thing for cleet being a dad, but being a mom is a who different deal 🤘
The cool thing about those sturgeon anything over 4 ft is considered prehistoric and considered a dinosaur! It's really cool that you guys got to bring up so many of them. I've been fishing the snake river for over 25 years and have still not been that lucky. Great job fellas. A crew that plays together stays together and this crew is legendary! It has gotten a lot more touristy. I just got back from a trip to the sawtooth mtns and I'll definitely be changing my itinerary for next trip. Stanley area is crazy now (vs 15 years ago, the last time I was in that particular area of ID). Still my favorite state, by far.

It has slowly gotten busier in my lifetime but Covid was a huge turning point and the number of tourists exploded. Which is fine, by all means come enjoy. What I don’t appreciate is that they tend to bring their big city attitudes - impatient, rude, poor stewards of the land they’re using etc.
Jet boats are some of the most fun you can have on the water, if you know the lines and can keep them on line. Great to see the guys continue to experience Hell's Canyon. My step-grandad ran that river for years with a 350 then a 454. He loved his days on the river. Down below his house was a 14 foot sturgeon that only hit the beach a couple times while he lived there. He hadn't heard of anyone laying eyes on it 20 years before I showed up in 06 or so. He lived in White Bird for most of his adult life. It's a very cool place. If I could find work, I'd move but it's a town of less than 100, and since the mill shut down it's basically a retirement town for people that love being out of the way.

Ordered on Sunday evening 6/31 and it was delivered today 7/2 granted I only live 45mins away but still crazy fast. Got myself an FF straw hat to wear while I work around the house. It fits perfect the quality is fantastic as well.
If you all ever come over to the southern Oregon side we will take on the Hellgate Jet boat excursion, it’s a huge jet boat that books ass up the river an docks in the middle of the woods, then you ride a tractor up the road to a nice restaurant, when you finish eating it’s a ride back down to the boat then a boat ride back to the car/truck. Nothing TOO exhilarating but it’s a nice trip and good food❤
Caught plenty of sturgeon in those rivers growing up. It’s awesome watching Garrett enjoy the same great outdoors and beautiful state that I always have. Keep the Idaho content coming boys!
Life jackets brotha. Safety should never be ignored especially on the Snake river. If you get caught in an undercurrent without a life jacket….. man that river is unforgiving. Speaking from first hand experience.
Brother there’s already a concrete pad on the back of the track that you could build some framing to hold the plane in the air for an epic view and rent it out as a box office!!!! That sheet would look so freakin cool to see helt up in the air at the freedom factory!
The Fraser River is my backyard, some of the best sturgeon fishing and jet boating around. Farthest I've gone up the river was to Hells Gate, and the 2nd boat we were with didn't make it up, got torn apart by the rapids, and had to tow it back. It was such a fun ride.
Frikin James was was gold when he came on board years ago. Then... We got George! Frikin Awesome. He no longer is stuck in a tiny room porting heads for Jeremy. He's now living the life and making our lives more enjoyable.
Awesome video. Grew up running the Salmon and Clearwater rivers in rafts or Kayaks. Haven't done the JetBoat thing yet though. But put some air in that poor Paddle Board! That thing looked like it had maybe 5 PSI in it. Floppy Noodle! They need 10-14 to work right. They are more stable when really stiff. Looks like fun regardless though. Nothing wrong with going swimming in some of those rapids. 😂

I used to be a deckhand on a cruise ship called the Queen of the West. We’d travel from Portland to Lewiston and I loved traveling the Snake and the Columbia rivers. It’s a trip seeing the jetboats, even moreso when you’re piloting a 50ft wide vessel carrying 120 passengers 😂
Nah, if you want to wear one all the time you do you, but the riskiest part of a day on the boat is the car ride to the ramp so it’s really not a risk worth spending much time considering. I keep vests on my boats in case anyone wants one, but it’s just not the biggest risk of the day.

There are whirlpools that routinely form on sheer lines between the main current and eddies along the shore line that can easily submerge people without flotation for extended periods of time, even in flat water. Like George said " That water's really movin". In redneck terms that's means the water sucks you down and drowns your ass. Everyone in this video should have been wearing a PFD. (personal flotation device).

I was able to experience the MRE and drive laps on the track, something I haven’t experienced in years. Thus explaining the dream. Life is awesome and unpredictable
