Am I the only one who absolutely loves Madara's voice in english? Its just done so well and fits the character incredibly well. A lot of anime fans (primarily weeaboos) hate on the english dubs but you have to admit, Naruto's is really a dub that stands out as one of the best.

..I believe that Hashirama's story is a lot colder, different and more true to his character, then what people presume. Hashiramas life was an extremely difficult hardship to bear and not anyone could just be, what he was. When I say this, I don't just mean physically but emotionally and mentally, as well. He spent his life, trying to juggle peace, family, friendship and justice for everyone. He was constantly being tugged by opposing opinions of what peace truly was, or what kind of consequences would come of his actions as a hokage....who would it benefit? who would it hurt? Would peace truly come of all this, between the Senju and Uchicha clans....or any clans!? I believe that Hashirama became tired of it all. He coudn't balance all this - and no matter what he did, true peace would never come of all his goals. When Madara read the Naka Shrine; he found out that true peace just wasn't possible; for it was all an endless cycle of death and hatred between clans. After much time and many years of Hashirama fighting, fighting and more fighting - he started to understand what Madara was trying to say but could never get to that extreme of an solution. He probably couldn't convince himself of what was right and wrong anymore. True peace was a catch-22. There was no way to really reach it. This could've had a big part to do with Hashirama's standards of peace, since they were so high. He couldn't bear the fact that he failed(at least by his standards), and like he always says "conflict, no matter what the era". Even the most powerful people in the world have a limit. His heart could only take so much killing and blood spilling. Think about this: A man who speaks of nothing but peace and love....seeing nothing but war and hate. The Hashirama that we all know, was a genuine human being with a soft heart and eventually that heart cant take anymore pain. Yeah, im saying it, because this is what I believe his character truly reflects: I think he let himself die in war -or- killed himself. He was just tired of it all and saw no more purpose or meaning, so he hands the title to his brother and goes off to war with the intention of dying without people knowing it was premeditated. Maybe he wanted people to learn a lesson from his death, if they could figure him out. A great and extremely significant character like Hashirama, has to have a very significant death, not just by dying in battle. He was either truly depressed of this fate that could not be altered by his leadership and skills.....or......he wanted his death to be something that people could learn from. He figured, he goes out with a mark on the world. His death maybe would be another component of people in the future finding something more close to true peace. All his successors would learn from him.

Can we all just appreciate about the great God of Shinobi Hashirama was? He not only possessed strong chakra and mastered in it, he took it to a different level. Apart from possessing Godlike powers he was a kind, humble person and very administrator. Also when it comes to domination this person was a beast. Not only he captured and made his wife Meto Uzumaki a Jinchuriki but he captured all of the tailed beast apart from 8 tails being in Hidden cloud and divided his tail beasts to achieve peace. He gave hidden waterfall 7 tails knowing their intention of war and which he was correct when they sent Kakuzu to kill him but still he didn’t seeked retribution. I think after him calling Hiruzen a God of Shinobi is an insult.

It is pretty amazing to think the only time Madara ever came close to beating Hashirama, I guess he sort of did, was when he was resurrected by Obito and immobilized the reanimated Hashirama with black rods and then stole his sage chakra. Even then Hashirama was a reanimated ninja and wasn't even at full strength and already beaten Madara for like the millionth time when Madara was still reanimated. Goes to show how unimaginably powerful the God of Shinobi was.

Hashirama > Naruto. He has no OP eyes, he doesn’t have any outside help like tailed beasts, he is just pure talent. His DNA alone makes other people be able to regenerate limbs. He has a jutsu for any and every situation. He is hands down the strongest ninja of all time.
Naruto is pretty close but cmon let’s be real, Naruto has like 2 jutsu that he spams and makes different versions of. SO6P jutsu makes Naruto extremely OP, but I still don’t think Naruto could win 1 v 1 against him. Hashi has too many jutsus.

Alpha lol A 17 year old Naruto in Sage Mode was doing pretty good against a half of Kyubi in a 1v1 fight (when he was trying to get KCM for the first time), and when Naruto combines his Sage Mode and Biju Mode together, his power likely surpasses even the full Kyubi. Naruto can use FRS, Shadow Clones, Rasengans, Senjutsu enhanced Bijudamas, while the full Kyubi can do none of this.

Madaras MS ability looks to be to reverse time or predict it which is why he was able to change the trajectory of that weapon thrown at him.
No lie, this fight between Hashirama and Madara was WAY better than the actual one we got. Hashirama was being more clever and skilled with Wood Release as opposed to trying to have a bigger beatstick and just overpowering everything.

The ninja's from Hashirama and Madara's time are a LOT stronger than Naruto's generation because it was less peaceful BEFORE the Village concept was born and a lot of kids die young in that Generation since everyday is war. After the Village concept was formed, the war only happened 4 times as opposed to the Warring period(Hashirama's time) that everyday is war.
I love this era of Naruto where it was not so overdone and watching power creep go out of hand. Weapons actually had a place and seeing Hashirama use the ninja tools was sick in combo with wood.

About the Obito losing vs Kakashi thing, keep in mind Kakashi has one of Obito's eyes in his possession which is said by some to give him a big advantage, I mean practically Kakashi is the only one who can direct hits of ninjutsu on Obito because he is connected to him in that way

I think Madara had time to react because Minato didn't teleport right to him. He had to teleport to the kunai he threw and that kunai wasn't that close to Madara. And, also, Minato didn't have both hands to fight properly.
Here we see madara visual power, in one eye he was able to rewind time a few seconds. He rewinding the time to after he deflected the attack so he could send the attack back instead

Well you have to consider that this Madara was at his physical Prime the Original Madara . Everything that came after shouldnt count as Madara, more of a combination of Madara and Hashirama(Edo tensei) and Hashirama was a weaker Hashirama in Edo Tensei. Yes Madara did awaken the Rinnegan due to Hashiramas dna but that was shortly befor he died. The fact is Madara fought Hashirama few times and always lost.

Hashirama had no borrowed powers and no tailed beast to fight Madara and he won.

There is no such thing as "Depending on circumstances" when Madara still lost to Hashirama even with Huge Borrowed Powers and Kurama's help and no person with common sense will deny this fact. A true strength lies on the one who had no borrowed powers from someone.

he didn't have any dojutsu, bijju or six paths power. He did have kekkai genkai (wood release) but still you know so many people had it in the series but they couldn't reach that level

I liked these types of fight much more than the ones in the anime. I wish the power-levels capped out around here; people are using powerful and advanced jutsus, parrying attacks, repositioning, and carefully using their own jutsus in response. In the anime, halfway through Shippuden everyone is just using nuking mountains, or using absolutely insane hack abilities.

You know what makes a People great, "their intentions".No matter what happened in past Hashirama was always ready to be friends with Uchiha clan, he tried every possible thing to establish peace ,that is what makes him great , he was even ready to give his life, that's why we called him God, even after Hashirama , senju's like Tobirama was always working for the betterment of village, Tobirama created system like chunin exams , ninja police etc that every other village followed.
On the other hand these Bastards Uchihas were driven by their own ego and revenge, they literally can't handle emotions ,somebody is upset because his Girlfriend was killed,somebody is upset because his brother was killed, Madara never understood that his brother was killed because of the war he himself created, Fugaku,Mikoto, Itachi and Shisui were real Uchiha's because they lived for village , fought for village and died for village, rest everybody was an egocentric asshole. No matter how powerful your eyes are if you can't see "collective good " from those eyes you are an idiot and defeat becomes you're destiny, Madara lost to Hashirama, Izuna lost to Tobirama, Obito lost to Kakashi and Sasuke lost to Naruto.

I'm not saying Kakashi was weak, I was saying how pathetic Obito was. When Obito fought Kakashi he was already injured. Obito was not strong on his own. The only thing that was tough about him was how to get a hit on him but when he went up against someone who could negate his ability he got owned.
