I'm an adult. I hate test cricket. It's to drawn out. When it was Invented cool, people had 5 days of there life to waste watching a wank sport. Now a days they don't. Why do you think sorts like footie are so popular? Because unlike tennis and cricket and golf. It's over in less than 2 hours

Also, with the introduction of T20 cricket, T10, and the Hundred coming this year, loads more people have started watching cricket. One of the main reasons cricket or tennis isn't as famous as football is because of the facilities needed. Some countries just don't have these facilities. Why do you think cricket is not an Olympic sport? Because most of the countries who host the Olympics don't have the facilities to host cricket. Also, before you get me wrong, I am a big football fan myself, in fact I watch pretty much every major sport.

I feel like I’ve been clickbaited...
Thing is t20 cricket is being pushed. One dayers are in my opinion much better than t20. One dayers allow for more ball deformation and thus better bowls and wickets. The pitch also deforms more during a one dayer meaning there is my strategy in who bowls when and how the ball reacts on the pitch.
It’s the worst part for everyone, playing football is so expensive everywhere right now, it shouldn’t be allowed

Yeah so the ground is owned by my regiment The Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) it's called Finsbury Barracks. Fun fact - the goal net is Blue and Red because it's the Regimental Colours of our regiment. I remember watching the video and being like, yeah that's my pitch. I play on that pitch quite regularly and do a lot of out door training on there aswell!

I've just looked it up on google maps, that pitch is in an absolute $$$$$ part of the city oh my god. I think at the rate it's going you'd be able to host live football where a whole stadium could watch you from the comfort of their own home

However, If you want to warm yourself to the sport, start by watch T20 cricket, its the easiest to understand and doesn't require much patience. If that's too much for you, you can always watch The Hundred on SKY ( of your from the UK).

I don't watch the entire game but I prefer ODI's the most as then there can be high-scoring games as well as complete chess matches.
T20 cricket is pushed because it does appeal more to none fans whereas people that actually enjoy cricket 5 day test matches are the best. Especially when you are in the ground drinking watching the cricket
