I’ve been trying to get this car since early august, when I found out it was going to market, and the down payment has increased by $600 and the monthly by $19.
If I ever get a Hyundai with highway drive assist 2.0 in stock that isn't already a sold unit, I will try to get that done. But unfortunately, lately everything that's come in has been a factory order for somebody, so I don't want to put kilometers on it.
Hi, Sorry no, I'm actually in BC The only way to get one sooner is to find a stock unit or cancelled order at a different dealership. My videos lately have been on vehicles that were factory orders for clients.
I just got mine 8/17 and two things I've noticed bother me. This vehicle does not notify you when you have left your keys in it and it does not lock automatically when you walk away from it with the keys. I had a 2020 traverse prior to this which did both of these things. At this price point that is something that should be a a I la. I have read through the entire user manual and what it does show for this does not show as an option on the infotainment screen. Am I missing it somewhere?
Keep in mind, every company does things a bit differently. You're correct, that it doesn't have that feature. However, I can name several features that it does have, that the Traverse doesn't. But, the point of the proximity key, is that it should just stay in your pocket/purse anyway. Plus you can't lock the key in the vehicle, as it'll just unlock itself right away. So as long as you keep the key on you, and don't lay it in the center console or whatever, then you don't need to worry about it. As for auto locking, Hyundais (and many other brands) have never really done that. Personally I just make it a point to close the door and press the button on the door handle every time. It's just something to get used to.

@@new_nonsense Mypleasure , I got a robust emerald Calligraphy coming soon . the real question when I was looking was : What does an entry level Genesis GV 80 offer for 12 grand more than a calligraphy ? Nothing really . My big problem with the urban was the fake leather or letherette as they call it . I don't think that's going to wear near as good as real leather

You're on point the Calligraphy is offering so much that even luxury brands do not and have to go really high in price to get them as additional packages. I am actually gonna trade in my Volvo XC90 for this. I love the comfort of my Volvo, its a fantastic vehicle but when I test drove Hyundai and saw the utility inside the vehicle i.e. storage space, enough cup holders, better technology and is also equally comfortable, better warranty I was just blown away.
Comfort mode loosens the steering, and makes the acceleration and shifting a bit lazier Sport mode is oppositie of that, tightens the steering, gives more low end kick and better throttle response Normal mode is somewhere in-between. Smart mode monitors how you're driving and adjusts the mode able accordingly. Snow mode starts the vehicle in 2nd gear, adjusts traction and stability control and alters the awd drive system, including the clutch pack in the center differential Sand mode gives better throttle response, adjusts traction and stability control and alters the awd drive system, including the clutch pack in the center differential, but geared towards better sand performance. Mud mode, enables hill descent assist, adjusts traction and stability control and alters the awd drive system, including the clutch pack in the center differential, but geared towards mud performance.
Any advice on how to deal with dealerships charging a $7,000 market adjustment markup? Just avoid them entirely or try to negotiate? Special order online?
The trouble is, there's a lot of people willing to pay that mark up right now. So if the dealer can make more money on their stuff, they're going to. Try doing a factory order on the Hyundai website, but I'm guessing orders are closed due to lack of inventory. Check other dealers within your area to see what kind of markups you can expect, and see if any of them at the very least add a package of accessories to offset some of the markup cost.
@@pamdurossette2035 oh I see what you're saying... Yeah the dial doesn't turn or anything... There's just a button in the middle of the dial that says "drive mode" which is illuminated but doesn't change based on the mode you're in. It does however say on the instrument cluster which mode you're in, and it also shows more detailed info when you switch modes, up on the center screen.
You sir are incorrect. Pretty much every dealer for every brand is marking up stock units right now. And it's been going on for years. Don't kid yourself.

Is this a black or moonlight blue? We are looking yo purchase a blue color, not not sure if the color tone is near black.
It's definitely moonlit cloud blue. But yeah, it's so dark it looks black. You can only see the blue in direct sunlight

Why type of wait times are you looking at for these? Where I am in Ontario I'm hearing 3-4 months.

I just got a 23 palisade calligraphy and don't know why but my door windows have some kind of haze that doesn't go away I wipe and it returns
Bring it back to the dealer. They should be able to get rid of it
Does the gas cover lock, is it lockable.
The fuel door is locked anytime the doors are locked
