If you didn't want the Ninja Foodi pressure cooker and air crisper, which is my favorite, I would probably go with the grill or the XL oven. It really depends on your cooking style. The XL grill is great for grilling and air frying, while the oven is larger and does a better job at almost everything, but not air frying.

I tried these tonight but used corn flake crumbs instead of bread because I’m gluten free. Boy was this good! I had to figure out how many minutes of cook time per Oz because I bought very large chops! They were about 13 Oz each and had some bone. Turned out 17-18 minutes at 350 degrees F was just right. These puppies are massive! Next time I’ll go much smaller. I can’t eat this much food. 😂 I have the new Instant Pot Duo. Thank you Louise!
thank you. made these in ninja foodie grill on air fryer mode tonight. my wife LOVES these w/our salad! we like a skosh over "normal" seasoning, so I followed your recipe exactly cept added a shake of dried italian herbs/cayenne/accent (also cut the salt back to half tsp) they are both crunchy-crispy & juicy
another winning recipe. The flavor was ohhhh so good and we have done this twice now once on bake and once on Airfry. Both were really good tho i prefer the airfry. Thank you for all the great recipes
I had pork chops yesterday and we cooked it until IT was 155 and let them sit for five minutes. We air fried at 375 and they were PERFECT! I’ve always loved pork chops but now that they’re not as hard as rocks, I love the even more. We used the two tray method and finally discovered that the top rack cooks five degrees higher than the bottom tray. We also do our steaks the same way and I wouldn’t do my steaks any other way ever! We air crisp them up just perfect at 390. Wonderful recipes with great tips are included to perfection! Thanks my friend!
Because I experiment with different temperatures until I figure out what works best. The rule of thumb is to decrease by 25-50 degrees from oven recipes, but each food cooks a little different, so I use that as a guide and tweak everything while I'm testing the recipes. All of my recipes are (at least) triple tested.
I'm a T2 and switched from stevia for a lot of foods to pure Monk Fruit. I using only pure whole plant of either. I love the taste of stevia but for a lot of foods it sometimes overpowers lighter flavors. The Monk Fruit is milder and, I feel, a bit sweeter yet. It is so nice3 to have two healthy all natural pure plant zero carb sweeteners isn't it? I have to be cautious with off the shelf grocery store stevia products as most are mostly erythritol which is a sugar alcohol all of which will spike blood sugar levels for a lot of diabetics. Same for many Monk Fruit products both online and in the grocery store. Sneak buggers! ;)
Love watching you cooking different dishes you explain things really well Just a question did you buy your ninja with the fancy covering or did you decorate it yourself
I did it without the sugar or egg. It was amazing. She is missing a tablespoon of oil, regular oil or olive oil in the breadcrumbs mixture. DIPPED IN WATER THAN PUT IN BAG. AMAZING

We love this recipe, but found it too sweet. My husband adds half teaspoon of brown sugar and we love it. Thanks Louise for the wonderful recipes!
I don’t see the link to the super amazing thermometer... mine is crappy and I hate it. Thanks!
Here you go: www.thermoworks.com/Thermapen-Mk4?tw=THESALTEDPEPPER
I love all your recipes. Where did you get your patterned Ninja Foodi and the salt and pepper wooden containers?
The decals are on Amazon, you can find them in my store under the 6.5 qt and 8qt sections and the S&P containers are in kitchen tools: amazon.com/shop/thesaltedpepper
Do you have the BBQ seasoning shaken bake recipe?
I've never tried that one, but I would think you could add your favorite BBQ rub into the bread crumbs instead of the seasonings I use and it would be delicious!
Do i have to dip in egg? Im allergic. What else would work? Thank you
The egg helps the batter stick, but you could try some buttermilk or maybe even some melted butter.
Would you use this shake & Bake it on Chicken Breast?
I think it would work fine or you can use this breading that is for chicken: thesaltedpepper.com/chicken-nuggets/
Mmmmm, orgasmic pork chops Louise, love your recipe. Love from across the pond. Jimf
Thanks!
Thank you Louise!
thank you. made these in ninja foodie grill on air fryer mode tonight. my wife LOVES these w/our salad! we like a skosh over "normal" seasoning, so I followed your recipe exactly cept added a shake of dried italian herbs/cayenne/accent (also cut the salt back to half tsp)
they are both crunchy-crispy & juicy
I'm so glad you both enjoy them!
I was wondering how they would do on the air fryer mode instead of bake. Thank you
Just tried this for the first time and it was spectacular! i cooked mine for 11 minutes and came up with a pull temp of 142.
another winning recipe. The flavor was ohhhh so good and we have done this twice now once on bake and once on Airfry. Both were really good tho i prefer the airfry. Thank you for all the great recipes
I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
thank you this is exactly what i was looking for today
✌️❤️🙏✝️
I hope you love them!
As always, another great video Louise 💚
Thank you!! 😊
Your always my go to!!! Making these tonight again and I forgot how I did them. Your the Best of the Best! Thank you!!!!!!
Thanks my friend!
they were great and i dont usually like shake and bake but this one was fabless
Thank you! I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
Loved this. If I make 4 you said use a rack, will I have to move the pork chops from top to bottom or can I just leave them? Thank you Louise.
I would stagger them so they aren't directly on top of one another. Does that make sense?
@@TheSaltedPepper Thank you. Can't wait to try this. Finally moving in a couple weeks so I can use my Foodie - I've waited a long time.
Interesting that the one that has taken the longest to cook is the one you didn't flip.
It was thicker.
FYI BIG Mistake NEED the Bone !!!
These work better boneless, but if you prefer bone-in, by all means use that kind of pork.
How do you know what temp to bake the chops at? Normally, if baked in the oven , the temp is 425° per directions on the shake and bake
@@TheSaltedPepper Thanks, that makes sense. Your channel is so very helpful
@@TheSaltedPepper Also on box it say 25 min for bone in....how did you arrive at 8-10 min? Is there a rule of thumb for time? Thanks
Mine took longer to cook.
Do you have the skins for the 8 qt ninja foodi?
There are some skins for the 8qt, but only some of the models. They are in my Amazon store under 8qt Ninja Foodi: amazon.com/shop/thesaltedpepper
Omg I made these tonight and they were the best pork chops I’ve ever had !!
I'm so glad to hear that!
Thank you
Aidy Bryant?
I switch out the sugar for stevia in called for recipees. This works just great!
Sounds great!
Sneak buggers! ;)
Love watching you cooking different dishes you explain things really well
Just a question did you buy your ninja with the fancy covering or did you decorate it yourself
I used a decal that I bought on Amazon. They have a whole bunch: amazon.com/shop/thesaltedpepper.com
@@TheSaltedPepper thank you!
I was just going to ask the same thing
I am obsessed with your cutting board! Where did you get it
My husband gave it to me as a give, it's the large one and here is the link: amzn.to/3cE4K9q
Where did you get that ninja foodi pattern very nice
They are in my Amazon store under Ninja Foodi 8qt and 6.5 qt sections. They have tons of styles: amazon.com/shop/thesaltedpepper
I did it without the sugar or egg. It was amazing. She is missing a tablespoon of oil, regular oil or olive oil in the breadcrumbs mixture. DIPPED IN WATER THAN PUT IN BAG. AMAZING
I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
have you done this with the ninja grill?
Yes, if I remember correctly, I tested them in the Nf oven and the NF grill. It's hard to remember all these recipes, but the directions should be in the written recipe if I tested them multiple ways. thesaltedpepper.com/shake-n-bake-style-pork-chops/
