Thiết bị được kiểm tra với một chai khí SF6 biết trước giá trị độ ẩm điểm sương (khoảng âm 39-40 độ C). Sau ba lần đo, giá trị cuối là âm 41 độ C.
Test procedure:
The under-test unit was tested with a known humidity value SF6 bottle (-39 to 40 Celsius degree in dew/frost point). After 3 measurements, the final value is -41 Celsius degree.

- Giá trị độ ẩm của chai khí SF6 (biết trước) được xác định thông qua thực nghiệm với các máy phân tích khác nhau (còn trong thời gian hiệu chuẩn). Giá trị biết trước là giá trị trung bình của các lần đo. Giá trị độ ẩm có thể thay đổi liên tục do ảnh hưởng bởi môi trường bên ngoài.

- The known humidity value of SF6 bottle was measured through different analytic devices (within calibration duration). The known value was average value between multiple measurements. The humidity value can be change continuously due to environment affection.
- The known humidity value of SF6 is used for reference, absolutely NOT for quality certification of analytic device.
